      In the beginning of June I gave ***** at BladeCutters a deposit check of $4,000 so they would start the turf project for my 550 sq ft backyard. The communication has been horrible. She gave me the impression as soon as the turf was in they would be starting on my yard. On July 15 ***** stated my yard would be started the following week or week after. It is now August 22 and BladeCutters has not started on my yard nor have they given me any timeframe or start date even though I ask repeatedly. I texted and called my contact ***** Wednesday August 20 asking for an update and I still havent received an answer. I just want my yard completed! Or at least a date of when it will be completed.
