      1 star is generous for the service department. Our vehicle needed the engine replaced. We dropped it off December 3 and the 16 hour job took them 73 days to be picked up February 15. Anytime we spoke with the service manager he gave us excuse after excuse with no apparent accountability. We are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we received and the amount of time it took. If you are looking for any service to any vehicle, go elsewhere.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up and instead of being apologetic they were extremely rude and hostile. I will never purchase or get service there again. I would recommend you go to a different Ford dealer! See below for the full story: Back in August 2021 I purchased a truck bed cover from Heritage Ford. The sales guy came out, looked at my truck, and ordered “the right cover” for my F150. I was told the cover would come in about a week. A month later the cover showed up! We brought my truck in on a weekend to have the cover installed only to find out three hours later that the sales guy ordered the wrong size cover! We were then told by Gary that they would gladly fix the issue. They would order the correct cover and install it! Well weeks later we bring the truck in to have the right cover put on. Mind you the old cover that the dealers put in the bed of my truck was put in our garage so that it wouldn’t get stolen out of the bed of the truck. Upon arrival, the staff there was unaware of what was going on. Gary had left no notes or documents for them and now they were requesting another $1,400. I informed them that I had already paid for the cover! They were unable to locate any invoice on their end and were basically accusing me of stealing the truck bed cover. I was able to pull up the amount on my bank account, where the employee, Valerie, became very rude with me stating how did she know that was for the cover. She was extremely rude and had a terrible customer service personality. She was sassy and treated me like I did something wrong, when in fact it was their mess up. She then called her manager on her personal phone, Miles, who became rude with me via speaker phone as well. I informed them we weren’t able to lift the other cover and it wouldn’t fit in my mom’s car, but if they could send a person with me we could get it back to them now or they could wait and my dad would help me load it. They continued to treat me like a their! Finally, Sherra ( the only nice person working there) got a tech to follow us to help get the old cover. Upon arriving back Valerie insists that she still won’t give me my truck keys back until they take pictures of the old cover and account for every piece. Absolutely ridiculous! They messed up and I got treated like dirt after spending over $1,000 at their dealership. These people, Valerie, Miles and Jerry have no customer service skills and I recommend you stay clear of them. Sherra is the only one I would recommend you speak to if you have to go there, but I would recommend staying clear of this dealership all together.
