      I spent $342 on an item they told my was back ordered so they took my money and went out of business. I’ve been searching and this has happened to many of people. So $342 may not seem like a lot of money but it adds up quickly when it happens to a lot of people. This is complete insanity that people can get away with this stuff. I’d be happy with receiving my item or my money back.

      Ordered parts for my 2006 Yamaha Rhino, was told there was a 120 day delay due to C-19 crap and supply chain issues. I check about 100 days later, still on order. Was told if I canceled the order I would have to start the wait time over. I elected to wait, Now I find out they are out of business with my $1K.

      Purchased an array of parts form them, but thy only sent a portion of the order. They said on backorder and kept telling me this for months. I continued to ask status of order every month. The original order was placed on 9/27/21. The two parts they owe me were the bulk of the cost of the order. They kept telling me they were waiting on manufacturer. I tried contacting by phone finally after getting no reply and realized they went out of business.They owe me the parts or a refund of 189.31 and 167.05 plus 6.5 percent sales tax. I am missing the front grip #*********** and front carrier #***************

      I ordered a rim for a 2021 ****** ********* I paid for it in full order number ****** and item number b4j-f5168-20-00 the payment came from credit union credit card on December 13 2021 reference number ***************** total was $258.35 from heritage ****** ****** ************ ******* . I called them and supposedly it was back ordered it never came now there out of business or something please look into this and let me know please and thank you

      I ordered a heater from cheapcycle parts back in December of 2021. Kept in contact with them until May. Soon after I found out they went out of business. I spent nearly 1600$ and never received the part nor a phone call email or anything. The heater was for a can Am HD10. Just want to know what can I do?

      I ordered a snow plow part from Cheap Cycle Parts back in February 2022. They told me the part was back ordered and asked me to be patient. "We recommend that you be patient and keep your items on order with us. Once it is canceled that spot in line is lost. Please remember that if we cannot fulfill your order it is likely that there is no available stock anywhere. " They even went so far as to put the first two sentences in bold. The snow season was coming to an end and I figured that I had no cause for concern as long as I got it before the next snow season. After 6 months I was starting to wonder about it and I checked to find that they have permanently closed with no way of contacting them. Now I regret following their bold and mildly threatening advice. The snow plow wear bar cost me $62.05 and I would like my money refunded.

      I bought a ATV part online @cheapcycleparts.com back on May 12 2022, , they charged me, I requested a refund when I realized the part was on back order and never received it, now I see the website is taken down and phone number is inactive. What should I do. It was $88.08

      I ordered 246.75 worth of motorcycle parts from this company. I never received them. They sent me a “refund receipt “ but the refund was never issued. The senders name was “auto receipt” and a transaction ID # was given. All attempts to contact the company have failed.

      Placed order with cheapcyclyparts.com on 4/4/2022 and one part was placed on back order. I called the company on 4/20/2022 and was told it would ship on 6/4/2022. After 5 days with no shipping update i called back and was told 6/23/2022. Tried to call back and email on 7/1/2022 and learned that the company was shut down.

      On May 15, 2022 I ordered a air cleaner element Item #B4J-E4451-00-00 order number was ****** went to check on the order today and phone number is disconnected and web address is no good. Total for the order was $85.19 and was submitted through paypal. The transaction ID for paypal was ******************
