I spent a lot of time picking our flooring for my home after a flood. Linda was very helpful and attentive during that process. Now there is a problem. Their installers laid my floor incorrectly- I had emailed Linda the way I wanted it laid and left a picture with directions for the installers as I told them I would not be home because we had a death in the family. I asked if I should reschedule and They advised no worries we will take care of it. I also advised if they have any questions to call or text. Came home to find floor was incorrect. Talked to Adam at the store at 1pm who advised Linda was at lunch. Surprising to me no call back from her that day. Next morning still no call. I had to call them back. My first questions to her were was my situation not important or urgent? No apology or anything she simply said she got busy and went home and 5 and forgot. I said you forgot??? And then the installers showed up and they didn’t even know the problem. I asked Linda this question and her reply was I didn’t even think to call the installers. Flabbergasted- what? My installation issue was not a priority yesterday or this morning and I’m convinced now it’s because I already paid in full. With her careless attitude on the phone I told her I don’t even know what to say to you right now so I’m going to let you go. What do you say to a company who didn’t reply immediately and made zero apologies in the initial conversation. I then sent an email with my frustrations and I wanted a refund of the labor costs. And I wanted to answer via email by 5pm or my lawyer would get involved. **** ********* ***** **** **** *** ***** **** * **** ********** * **** *** ******** ** ***** ** **** ******* *** ******* ******** ****** ******* ** *** **** **** ****** In my case there was no reply or sense of urgency at all. UPDATE also no carpet installed or brought to my home as I cancelled due to not wanting them in my home and she refuses to refund money for items not received. Keeping my money on a cancelled order. This just keeps getting better with this place.
