I bought the condo through this business while I was living in ************. The whole deal was done on the phone. I sent the money to my realror. She was friend with my sister. But my sister just saw the house once before the final deal. So the realtor did evverythig include home inspection, I send her the money direct in her bank. I never had the inspection report. Upon asking her i was told that thre were couple miner things and they are fixed. Closing was done. on 7/27/23. I call the realtor that I am moving on Sep. 1/23 can you bring the keys to me. she was telling me from the of closing that she has the keys. Its a long drive and I am on disabilty and can,t drive that long in one day. I ask my sister if she can get the keys because my movers might get ther before me. the realtor told my sister the keys are in the malil box but they were not. Finally they got the keys and I got there As i opend the main gate there was trash all over the ground and a big trash can was full of trash was there. Insidel I saw big hole in the bathroom door, the toilet was loose and the other tolilet was leaking. Half the door does,t open and half does,t close. First I spent $160 to clean the house inside. I called my realtor and she said send me the pictures. I did and never heard from her for week. Then I called the inspection *** to send me the report. Everything was listed on the reort they never fexed Finally i called century 21 and spoke to the manager ***********************************. and ask her how did they do my closing. Fisrt she listen to me very nicely and week later left me the massage that they did,t do anything wrong her realtor did a great job and she has the invoices the things got fixed. First invoice was for gutter clean. I had meeting with my HOA they told me that they clean the gutters. In the kitchen thers is no groung fault outlet that require by code., water heater was leaking. all these things are listed in the inspection report and they should be repaied before closing.Initial Complaint

I was in communication with *** from IPMG about my lease renewal. I was informed there would be a $95 lease prep fee for renewals. During my initial lease signing, there was no indication that any additional charges would apply for renewals. I was later informed that this fee was introduced in Jan 2021. I requested written confirmation that I was notified as a tenant of the additional changes. This information was not provided to me. Ultimately, as a tenant, I am now faced with having to pay $95 to process my renewal in addition to the increase in rent.Business response
