Did not show up for appointment. Called and was told that appointment was not on their schedule. **** then called me back cussing at me and said they were running a few hours behind and I should ******* relax.

Sir, this never happened. I have taken time to go back and listen to the recordings of the conversation with the employee you spoke to, and there wasnt any cursing. I agree that we could have been more patient in our response to you, but this review is not an accurate or fair representation of the instance.
Furthermore, after I listened to this initially, I did call you, as you recall, and we had our first-ever conversation, which was pretty pleasant. We discussed the matter when you offered to send us more work swapping out water heaters for your sales work. I had to tell you we dont do water heaters. It was and is my opinion that whatever had you so angry to write this review was not still an issue by the time you and I spoke. Again, there was no cussing or yelling or anything else like it. Just two professionals talking on the phone with me, apologizing that we handled you in an impatient manner.
All this being said, you have made a false comment regarding me cursing you out when, in reality, neither I nor my coworkers you spoke with did that. Id love to see this review made right in that regard, please.
Otherwise, it was good to get to know you. I understand your water issue is resolved now. I wish you the best, good sir.
