            I contacted the management of this company to complain about service noise. When we receive lawn maintenance at our community, it lasts several hours and creates a significant amount of noise. This interferes with working from home. I have to leave my home and find another location which is hugely inconvenient. In todays work life balance this needs addressed.The companys tools especially the clipppings blower is too loud and above the sustained threshold for ******* I have contacted the owner and our community manager (sunrise in the Monon). Finger pointing is all I received.I have been elsewhere and the leaf blowers are much quieter. The property manager was rude and dismissive and did not take my complaint seriously. I would not recommend this company if you want service done in a convenient manner. Use someone else and get a service that doesnt irritate you and interrupt your own business work day.

            We have a contract to maintain the lawn and landscape at ******************************* and this lady is a resident (one of several hundred) and we are required to blow off the sidewalks for resident safety. She did contact us, but our hands are tied because we do not work for her, but for the complex. I have apologized and tried to not disturb her, but it is a close-knit complex and not a lot of room between buildings. I am not sure what I could do different? I do not believe that this is a valid review.
