      Our school's PTO placed an order for kits in June, per the schedule given to ** by SchoolKidz. The order was scheduled to arrive at school in the last week of July. I even received an automated email stating this was the case. By Wednesday of the scheduled week, I had received no communication regarding delivery. I called several times and left voicemails and emailed and the only response was "Unfortunately, we can't give a specific date or time." By Thursday afternoon I finally received a call that the order was being built, then finally shipped Friday evening. After that I had absolutely zero communication with Schoolkidz. They would not return my calls. All communication after that was with the trucking company. Long story short, I drove to the trucking company's terminal and picked the kits ** myself. They finally ended ** in our students' hands on the SECOND day of school. Absolutely shameful way to conduct business. Shame on you SchoolKidz. There has been no attempt from SchoolKidz to make this right.

      This customer of ours is absolutely correct.  We failed on many levels and put them in a much less than desirable situation.  Our sincerest apologies!  We have taken this opportunity to see where things broke down and we are addressing it internally to ensure acceptable results going forward.

      In recognition of this shortfall, we would like to offer this customer an additional 3% off the net sale of their order (to be provided no later than mid-October), as well as a 3% credit (based on this years net sales) to be utilized against a sale in 2024.

      Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and poor experience.

      For the past three years, Ive ordered school supplies through our PTOs fundraiser, they use the company SchoolKidz.Usually supplies come at the end of July or the first week in August. I ordered through SchoolKidz in June, like always we are a week away from my childrens first day of school and supplies have not been mailed and they can not guarantee when they will be mailed just a vague they should arrive for the first day of school.I have been trying to cancel my order for over a week now to no avail. Ive been told it isnt possible, Ive been told if they let me cancel they will have to charge my PTO (what?), Ive been put on hold, Ive been told someone will call me back, Ive been given the runaround all while they cannot guarantee my order will be here by the time its needed.At first, I could sympathize with whatever issues are causing the delay, however the complete lack of taking responsibility, and refusing to make things right, is infuriating. I can not believe a business would act this way, and will encourage our PTO to look for other options next year. Im absolutely floored by the hard time we have been given!ESPECIALLY since the order isnt packed and theyre not sure when theyll ship it! What!?

      Your complaint is understood and we agree that our performance has been less than acceptable as it pertains to timely information consistent with prior years.  We have experienced some challenges at our new facility, and as a result, have not been able to execute as we have historically.  We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.  We have worked out the challenges and they will be implemented to ensure a smooth process going forward.

      With that said, your kits have shipped and will arrive prior to your first day of school.  Tracking information was provided to you to support this occurring.  It shows that one of your kits will show up tomorrow, and the other on Thursday.

      Again, sorry for a less than acceptable process, we appreciate your support of our program through the years.

      I *************** supply kits through Schoolkidz on June 13, 2023. School starts in 13 days and I have not received my order (#TT3075393) and there has been no communication directly from the company. Our school called me yesterday saying that Schoolkidz will not be sending the order until mid September (3 weeks into the school year) and then they will not even guarantee that drop off date. They told our school (***************************) that they will not contact the customers directly, but asked the school administrators to call the families who ordered from this company. I emailed today to ask to cancel my order and be reimbursed for my order. This is a huge inconvenience because I need to scramble to get supplies which I had expected to be delivered after placing the order in June.

      I represent ****, a small private school in ******* **. We have utilized School Kidz for 5 years for a fundraising campaign wherein School Kidz ships and delivers school supplies for parents purchasing kits. This past year, School Kidz merged with School Specialty. Our supplies were set to be delivered the week of August 6th. After multiple attempts via email and phone calls, a representative called me on August 8th stating School Kidz would be unable to deliver via the terms of the contract. They stated we could cancel the order, which I did, and parents would be refunded within 10 days. School **** stated I would need to contact the parents as they did not know when an email would be sent out. I attempted to log in to our School Kidz account and have been kicked out as a user, so I am unable to see who to send the emails to letting parents know they will receive a refund and they also need to purchase supplies for the year. School Kidz is holding the paid money with no avenue for parents to reach out and learn when they will receive a refund. By cutting my access, I am unable to reach out and notify the parents of School Kidz failure to deliver. When you try to contact School Kidz, no one answers and it takes a week to receive a call back.
