My family and I have been visiting my brother who's lived there for almost 4yrs. Every time they have a maintenance issue, it takes them weeks to respond. Laundry room is always broken. My car was towed 8/3/2021 before midnight as there are no definitive information as to when they'll be towing vehicles. The towing company was told after 8pm, the office people tells us it's after 9pm, but originally told residents it's after midnight. There are no signs as to where visitor's can park, no signs as to who tows and where to call. ***, the manager, is EXTREMELY rude! We were trying to speak to him about our situation and asked for his help and he hang up the phone on us. We spoke to their employees and some of the residents and he treats everyone very poorly. If people are paying rent, they have the right to place their complaints and be addressed appropriately. He should not be managing any place if he cannot treat people with decency.
