10/28/2021 (Walgreens)10/19/2021 (Ex-wife)10/23/2021 (Meier)Dr. *****************, threatened me with medication increase, then hospitalization without ever speaking to me, when I called to try and resolve the issue and ask that he not contact my family again, he incapacitated me with inappropriate weening from multiple medications including Olanzapine (zyprexa) with completely incapacitated me for over a month with ongoing withdrawal symptoms lasting nine (9) months. During the period of inappropriate weening from medication, I literally stopped breathing 3-4 times a night for months. I have never quit breathing before in my life. On the same day as the medication mismanagement, ********** then called, both my wife and family, in direct objection to my request to not contact them, and made fraudulent statements to my now ex-wife, causing her to go for divorce without ever explaining what was said. I have been trying to get my issue resolved since 6/2021 and despite occasionally actually reaching a ******, the issue is never corrected. So here I am 10 months later, still showing that IVE not paid anything on my balance when in reality it is them who cant correct the account. Ive since been sent to a collection agency and they still have not sent the necessary documents to my insurance company to get the claims processed. Ive spoken to supervisors who also did absolutely nothing. I tried to go there in person to finally get a hold of someone but I was told no one is allowed to speak to the billing **** in person. I want to pay my **** in full once the corrections have been made but they just wont do it!!Initial Complaint

My son needed some testing done. Before the tests were performed, Meier recommended that we wait to see if our insurance would cover the tests. In the mean time, we signed a form stating that we would agree to pay for any services that insurance didn't cover. Our plan was to get an accurate price of all services BEFORE we did the testing. Meier told us that insurance would cover all the tests that needed to be performed. Based on the information that they told us, we went through with their tests. They NEVER mentioned that they would be performing tests that our insurance didn't cover. Had they told us that there may be some testing that was not covered by insurance, we could have made a more informed decision. We were specifically told insurance would cover the tests.We were billed $1,774.92. The deductible is $1,500. That is $274.92 above what we were suppose to pay. We have paid Meier $1500. We would like the extra $274.92 forgiven from our ****.We were mislead.
