This company came to my property claiming that they could repair the damage to my home after a wind hail storm. They checked the damage and assured me they had a connection with **************************** Adjusters. JBA ************** continued to assure me that they could get the funding checks quickly to start the work on my home. After many calls to this company they finally came out and completed the work on my roof. I asked them to come back to finish the other damages which they asked for all payment checks from the insurance company and my co-pay. JBA said they needed all the checks to complete the work. Once I gave him the checks and my co-pay, he never came back and never answered my calls.Business response

I have spoken to ***************, and we found where the confusion was. The confusion was that there was two claims. one where all the work was done and a second one that only had paid for some minor repairs and got lost in the process of the new claim where the roof had been paid of by the insurance. We agreed to give a full refund of $822.47 of the items of the claim where repairs of other non-roof items were approved and not were not in the claim where the roof had been paid for.
We have scheduled to meet ************** tomorrow 3/7/2023 to give her a check.

Re completion of job on roof. State farm insurance had approve for me to get a new roof . This was the company which contracted the job ************* Restoration . This was done on the 28 of Nov 2022. .. stating the completion of the job . The total sum of money was paid over to this company. After a day passed I re examined and noticed there was a problem. I called the company and pointed out the error that was made on the roof. They told me that they would come and address the problem on Friday December 2nd. They came examined and said they would return on Saturday December 3rd as the problem couldn't be addressed at that late hour of the evening. Up untill today Dec 6 they have not addressed the problem and I am the one have to be calling. They have not been professional enough to contact me if I don't call. I am therefore requesting for you to help me get a speedy redress on this problem.Initial Complaint

*** changed our roof and gutter in 2019. We did painting job this year 2022 and found two places leaking. They came to fix it. I ask for treating the mold in the attic, didnt get a reply. After a heavy rain, we found the leakage actually got worse after the fix. The ceiling now peels off after the rain. The roofer came and said his fix is ok, while it was the improper installation of the gutter that has caused the leakage, and he only responsible for the roof. We contact the *** Project Manager *********************** about the gutter, the wet attic and the mold, no replied.Business response

when we received your initial concern of a leak we quickly went out to see the issue. after that it seems the leak was still not fixed. we went out a second time and was noted that the leak could be from improper gutter installation. I apologize for taking longer than usual to have that gutter looked at.
You have noted that you did not want any contact from the business, but we just spoke on the phone and concluded that that was a mistake. That you still want JBR to take care of the issue.
We are currently working with ************ to repair the leak and repair any damages caused by it.
