Smith Brothers installed a privacy fence, installed patio pavers, and drainage system. The installation was not done properly and there are now issues with the railings, fence boards and support being warped and the fence pulling away from the property line. The fence posted are not level causing the gates to sag and not closing properly. She even commented herself that the posted were uneven after the fence was installed last summer. There are also repairs needed with the drainage system and the pavers.I have repeated called and texted the owner, Lien Smith . Each time she would promise to schedule the repairs but has never sent anyone out to do the work. I have left many message and voicemails. I tried to emailed the company as well and have not had a response from anyone.I have reached out to them for over 3 months since early June. . I indicated in my email on September 6th that if they are not able to come out to do the repairs that I will have to get another company to do the work and they will need to pay for the invoice.In addition to the repairs, I'm owed a refund of $500 for over payment. Below is a list of repairs needed.- Fence posts need to be leveled, top boards need to be replaced, gates need to be adjusted.- There are sections of boards that were not nailed/screwed to the support railing. Both support railings and boards need to be replaced.- One drainage that should be above ground was buried underground - One drainage is set too high and the top was chewed up by the lawnmower. This need to be set lower and the top cover replaced - The patio pavers need to be re-sanded. The sand did not hold and most of them are disintegrated. - One paver has a hole in it and needs to be replaced.If this work cannot be completed in a timely manner I will as for a refund to have to work done by another company.
