Had an issue getting a balboa vs501z to run properly. Called Hot Tub Works and they pointed me to my problem, immediately - what a relief. I own them. Very Nice!!!Review from Lou P

I ordered a hot tub cover from ****** Pools....they say 6 to 8 weeks delivery....this did not happen....Hot Tub Works did not contact me at all to let me know it would be another 8 weeks....I complained to customer service and they offered a 10 percent refund....ok...well and good....then a week later I get an email it is shipping...well...that was a lie...they made another mistake....asked for a full refund and had to drain my hot tub due to the old cover being no good....so be leery of ****** Pools and Hot Tub Works...I would NOT do business with these people again.....going to put my ****** reviews for both soon....and they won't be pleasant....trying to contact the *** of ****** Pools alsoReview from Ryan S

I have ordered supplies and repair parts from Hot Tub Works several times over the past 10 tens with no issues, excellent service and fast deliveries. I will continue to order from them in the future. They usually have the best prices on the internet and easily beat the marked up prices at the local pool supply stores.

We ordered from these people in the past, so when our hot tub cover was damaged last summer, we ordered a replacement from Hot Tub Works. I ordered on September 28th, 2020. It is now May 3, 2021 and we have received 4 hot tub covers that were not what we needed. The first two were the wrong size, the third was the correct size but the corners were rounded rather than square, and the fourth we did not accept receipt of because it also had rounded corners. I exchanged more than 60 messages with customer service, and only when the last one came in incorrectly did they tell me that I had ordered the rounded corners and that the issue was my fault. They will not take the covers back because the shipping costs are too high, meaning that we have had to find new homes for 3 of the covers. The only concession that they made was to give me a $40 credit to pay for our trash service to dispose of one cover. Very, very poor customer service! The lady I worked with knowingly re-ordered the last cover with the wrong corners rather than to direct me to place a new order. I am now ordering a cover from another provider, so maybe I'll actually get one by **** September."
