      On August 15 I went to Lewis auto sale to purchase a vehicle I find a vehicle I liked a **** ******* narrator I took it for a test drive and it drove nice so I purchased it. Then I took it back up there so I could get an oil change and my brakes done all the way around the car he only fixed one brake in the front of the vehicle. Then a couple weeks go by me and my fianc is on the expressway and then all of the signing the back tire locks to the point we almost got into a car accident with a semi and we havent had the car for 30 days yet so as we were trying to make it home it felt like the back tire was Finna come off? So then we had to hit the gas real hard and we heard a pop the car start driving normal again so the next day I took the vehicle back up to the shop and explain to him what happened he told me he dont know what it was the car driving normal now it should be fine so I go to ask him can I just exchange the car for something else or can I get my money back? He said no I will have to pay the car in full to be able to trade it in for something else and he is not Finna give me my money back, so I went and got a diagnostic done somewhere else brought the paper back to him showing him what all is wrong with the car he would not take the paper and told me he will work something out so I told my fianc and my fianc went to go talk to him him and my fianc in up get into it because my fianc brought up lawyers so we had left and then a couple days after that my car would not go to drive or reverse so we had call up there to ***** auto sale to talk to ****. I told **** what was going on with the vehicle, he said he was sending a towing truck to tow it to the shop and then a couple days went by where I didnt have no vehicle, and I still had to pay my car note With no vehicle in my possession so when he was done working on my vehicle, I had to pay another card note and plus the mechanic for fixing my vehicle then a couple months go by where I only miss one car payment and I told him after he text me disrespectfully I told him I will pay you on my next check then when that time came around I communicated with his daughter telling her I cant come in Friday because Im at work and I dont get off until ******************************************************************************* Friday night when I get off work I hear a towing truck tow my vehicle away. I called him Monday he tells me I have to pay $3000 that includes towing fee plus the rest that I owe on the car because he doesnt want to do a car note with me anymore plus storage fees.

      Good Afternoon, *************** to the Complaint ID of ******** involving the **** ******* Aviator. Our customer ********************************* vehicle was repossessed after failing to make two payments. Everything was done by the law and in a professional manner. ****** purchased this vehicle and signed our Buyers Guide that states that the vehicle is as is with no warranty. In this letter ****** stated that I had no problem getting the vehicle towed down to my shop and getting the as is vehicle repaired. Yes, I did want the vehicle payment that was due. Just because a vehicle has an issue and I am helping get the repairs done does not excuse the payment that is due. She made her vehicle payment and we proceeded to repair this vehicle. Here in the office we have our loans set up with payments due every two weeks. After the vehicle was picked up we did not receive any payments for a whole month, which made her two payments behind. I repossessed the vehicle for failure on default of two vehicle payments. By law she has 21 days to redeem the vehicle by payment in full. Her certified 21 day letter was sent November 2nd 2023. The certified letter was received and accepted on November 4th due to the signed receipt from the post office. In which ****** has 21 days from November 4th to decide on what she will do in regards to this vehicle. If you have any further questions please reach out to me here in the office via email, phone, fax or mail. In addition we will be attaching supporting documentation with this letter.
      Thank You,
       *******************;

      Our Client *****************************, purchased a 2013 **** Fiesta V.I.N. ***************** with ******* miles on February 28th, 2023. On the purchase date she was informed that all vehicles are as is with no warranty. She agreed and then signed both the contract and buyers guide which both state that the vehicles are as is. Just because the vehicles are as is does not mean that we do not help our customers. ******* ran into a problem in ******* and did not have the money to get the vehicle towed. We let her know we could help her with the tow but she would be responsible to pay for both past due vehicle payments and the tow when picking the vehicle up. Here in the office we covered all the cost of repairs and labor. She had past due vehicle payments plus the tow, which is a total of $520.00 due upon picking up the vehicle that she was aware of. She came to pick up the vehicle with only $400.00 on 05/20/2023. We let her take the vehicle even though she was $120.00 short. Also specifying that there is another payment going to be due plus the difference for the tow. She said she would be back on her next payment date 06/02/2023 with the $270.00. The payment date passed and we left multiple messages and sent a late notice. On June 13th we repossessed the vehicle for failure of vehicle payment and no response after all of the notices we had given her. We tried to help her by getting the car towed when she did not have the money, covered all the cost of repairs/labor, and let her take the car without the full amount that was due at the time. I went over and above for a vehicle that is as is. I do not charge interest on my loans. Last but not least she finally called me back and taunted me when the repossessors were there in effort to repossess the vehicle. She let me know that the police would not let the repossess take her vehicle. As known that this is a law due to it being a Civil Matter we had to walk away. I knew there was nothing we could do besides trying again on a later date. A few days later we were able to repossess the vehicle.

      Sincerely,
      Linda  *****
