Purchased a used motorcycle on 06/27/2023 for the total amount of $3615.08. As of today, 10/04/2023, still have not received the title, plate, or registration as per the sale agreement. Included in the total, I was charged a "license fee" of $465.82, which according to the paperwork they provided me with is for the plate fee, local handling fee, driver's license verification, registration fee, title fee, ATC service fee, and mailing expense. This invoice that summarizes these charges shows these fees are for ATC or ********************************** but were included on the main invoice for the cost of the bike. This was a total cash purchase, there is no loan, and I need these documents in order to be able to legally register the bike, have it inspected, and ride it. I would like for these documents to be sent ASAP in order to get a resolution.Initial Complaint

They promised to make it right then stopped answering and told the mechanic that my problem for buying a used motorcycle even the delivery receipt said it was not running I viewed a video of a running motorcycleInitial Complaint

I purchased a motorcycle there on 4/9/21. And to date I have not received any paperwork to get my motorcycle registered through the Indiana DMV. I have called approximately 5 times and spoke with 4 different people. Each time I get the same response. "We will fix that matter as soon as we can." And still it hasn't been resolved. My temptation has faded and turned into shredded paper. So now I cant even ride the bike. I've been asked 3 times to send my proof of insurance to them. And I have done so all three times. I wish someone would actually help resolve this issue.
