      They attempted to triple charge my co-pay, already regulated by insurance co they signed up & agreed to d terms.i think they sell used cars too.Plus their very condescending attitude just too much to bear.

      He is the best oral surgeon. I think everyone has issues with insurance. It should be clarified way before. Treatment starts. You won't find a Oral surgeon with his bedside manner very soft spoken. His staff isn't always the nicest.

      I have Humana health insurance and got this doctor's name from my Humana provider's book with the location there in ***********. I called a few days before the end of October last year and who answer the phone I gave her all the info about my insurance along with the other dentist previously I had ex-rays done and they transferred to doctor **** Brunetti's office. She told me all I have to pay will be $ 121 which she didn't explain what that cover for. I drove about 45 minutes to *********** but was closed and after waiting for a while I called their office and found out that they're at ****************** that day but she never disclosed to me the other location which I had no idea about it so I drove more than 30 minutes to the other location. The person I spoke to 3-4 times over the phone before Nov.1st of the appointment, never answer anything to me about the $ 121 charge would be, treated me with coldness, ignored me completely. I gave her my insurance card and filled out those forms, I was called in the Dr.office by his assistance and she told me IS NO CHARGE FOR THE CONSULTATION. After that I was told that it'd be $ 400 for me to pay if I wanted the wisdom tooth extracted that day but I HAVE TO PAY FIRST THAT'S ALL I WAS TOLD, NO OTHER INFO ABOUT MY INSURANCE IF THEY PAY OR NOT, IT WAS MY RIGHT TO KNOW TO DECIDE IF I AGREE OR NOT WITH THIS STRANGE DEAL LIKE IN A MARKET PLACE. I paid thinking my insurance will refund me the money. It took 3-4 minutes including anesthesia to the doctor to extract that very small black tooth was in there. The front desk gave me a very small receipt and I told the young lady to sent all the necessary papers to my insurance for refund. She said yes, next day I called them to ask why I didn't receive a receipt like any professional doctor would give and I was told that's what they give, the same lady I spoke to before, she put the phone down and let me talk by myself. I called again, they were very rude, disrespectful. Traumatized exp.
