            I contracted with this firm to put on a new roof, gutter system, rain barrels in Sept 2017. Several shingles, water bottles and sweatshirt were found upon investigation when the new gutter system did not work.. The rain barrels were not raised as repeatedly requested; they rotted out. December of 2019 mold in both attics began to appear. The owner took responsibility for it and promised to fix it. But 7 months of missed appts, and a feeble attempt to remove the mold with box store solutions did not fix the problem. July, 2020 brought a hailstorm. The owner took it upon himself to make plans to put on another new roof. I did not trust him to do another roof when he had not fixed the problems from the first roof. A new contractor verified that my ridge vents had been shingled over and the power vent was disabled, thus mold. Mold had spread. It took $7,000 of testing, mold remediation and new decking before a new roof could be put on. The bill has been presented but ignored.

            We got our roof replaced in October of 2021 and by December we already had wind damage from wind that was less than what the shingles are rated for. We called on December 13th to have them come look at and repair the damage if need be and they keep giving us the run around. They keep telling us that someone will be out, or someone will call back but they never do. They also told us we have a 50 year warranty with this roof and still haven't received the paperwork for that. Its ridiculous that we've been calling for over a month now just to get an appt for someone to come out and look and they wont answer back.
