This is the worst company ever! My mother has been in a building In ********, ** for 10+ years, before their company even bought it from the last owner! The Property Manager by the name of ******************, decided to put my mother (which is 70 years old) out in in the cold in spite of me asking him why wouldn't they do any repairs and would he let his own mother live in the conditions like this were we have been complaining about for the last several years to be fixed, wasps living in our window ledges/balcony which allows them access into our home, flies are now coming out of the drain, not to mention the things within our home that break ever year like the ac/heating system, his response was "Because we don't have too!" **** is a very rude individual, to cancel my mothers lease which isn't up until April and to put her out by 12/31 is crazy. ****** is the worst time to find a place especially when my mother had a stroke and she wasn't prepared for this! He's been trying to make the rent higher than the place is worth. and section8 isn't going to pay it. Which is also the reason he wont do anything to the apartment. Please Help
