      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! **** is a service manager who ensured that I would never return! He became frustrated and refused my service because I asked for documentation regarding the charges he was quoting me. I have video footage of the incident and I will share it with my attorney as I am disgusted with my experience here

      I'm sad and disappointed that I let this dealership take advantage of me. I was a loyal customer and former employee of **********************, I worked for them for 9 years and purchased at least 7 vehicles from Bettenhausen. Its sad that the employees are willing to lose a loyal customer over $500.00 and asking me (the customer) to lie for them to ********************** Capital. Lets be honest here $500.00 isn't going to break them or make me rich its the principle. The salesman told me that I had $1000.00 dollars and if not more in equity in my vehicle when we were talking about turning it in and leasing another vehicle from them, but when I realized that Bettenhausen couldn't work a deal within my budget I decided to turn in the vehicle and have them buy out my lease and then sell it on the lot. Well, as a loyal customer I figured they wouldn't s**** me until I was on my way home from turning the vehicle in and talking to my husband and son. They only gave me $500.00 of that equity and then told me if Chrysler calls you and asks you what you did with the vehicle just tell them you bought it. I had a bad feeling about it and I tried to talk to the salesperson about it and it just felt shady even more. When I asked if they could just do the right thing and give me the other $500.00 they told me they stand with the final amount. Now, I am using the word loyal a lot because that's a word I used to describe myself to the ** or manager whatever and he in turn told me there are no loyal customers or loyal brand customers anymore. Well I guess Bettenhausen is not a loyal dealership either. Its one thing to s**** customers out of money but its a whole other level of shady business when you ask the customer to lie for the dealership and they were also willing to unwind the deal so I could take the vehicle somewhere else. That is awful customer service. Today was a learning experience for me and also an eye opener.

      My Name is ***********************, I am writing to inform you that ***** the Manager at Bettenhausen has treated me poorly as a consumer. He has also threatened **** purchased a car Feb 16, 2022. Was also told that I had to put a down payment down to purchase the vehicle Jan 5, 2022 which I did. But it is illegal; it's a violation of Consumer Law 15 USC 1662B. Purchased vehicle with Cash a check from ****************** They called me two weeks later and said hey we need a new check. My creditor wasn't able to issue me a new check, they told me to tell Bettenhaussen of Orland park to fix their mistake and they will pay them out. Bettenhaussen called me and said your check is no good. It's your fault you need to apply for a new check and start the process over again. This is all over the phone. I let them know that the bank sent me a letter letting me know that the ******************************* messed up the check and didn't stamp it. Then **** the salemens called me stating that my check wasn't any good and I let him know that it was and that the bank sent me a letter. Then ***** called me yelling telling me that my check was no good. I need to start the process over and get a new check or he is going to take my car. He stated that he is calling the police.I told ***** that the bank sent me a letter and I can send it to him, ***** said send it to **** I don't check my email. I did just that and didn't hear from ***** until 3 weeks later april 6,2022 threatening to call the police to take my car from a mistake your company made. Everything I did was legal. Now **** calling me threatening about my car, I asked him to send me everything in writing he told me no. I asked him to speak to someone hire then him he told me no there is no one higher then him. I have never been treated so poorly.Violations of my rights.       My Jeep turned off and would not start . I called hero and was referred to ********************* ****************************************************** . I waited for 5 hours and was told 20 to 40 minutes I called several times .My jeep was picked up at 5:45 the dealership service department closes at 7 . I called 5:30!they did not have my car . I called back the service department was closed. The tow truck company left the vehicle without notifying the ******************* I called 9 am they cant find the car . I called 11:00 no response from Bettenhausen . I went to 2 dealerships looking for my jeep . I found it where the tow company said they left it across from the service department directly outside the door. The service technician was rude did not apologize and made excuses for the companies rudeness and non follow-up . It was all around bad service I wish I didnt purchase from bettenhauser . Now he said it will tak even 2 days to look at my jeep Im not priority because it was towed . I find the attitudes and service unexceptable and aInwill trade my car for a different dealer all together. When you buy a car they are nice once you purchase a car it too bad !
