We had not been asked to provide customer with information other than at the time the original consumer contract was completed, signed and funded. As a result of this complaint filing with the BBB we immediately emailed the customer with a copy of original signed contract, copy of phone verification form where customer confirmed terms and contact information, greeting letter on company stationary which is sent at time note is booked and the complete payment history. Reason for having reported to the credit bureaus resulted from only one payment having been made for a retail Installment contract funded for the purpose of providing Martial Arts training to two students for a 12month period. Request has been made for customer to contact the appropriate party that matter can be resolved and credit reporting updated to more favorable status.

I received a monthly statement from this business that has a payment amount due of $xxx.**. Whenever I call or they call me the amount is always different. At one point the employee themselves couldnt tell me why the statement amount was different than the amount shown. This was several months ago and a demanded a letter explaining any and all charges. I still have not received any documents that reconciled the amount due with any statement or charges. I received a statement in Feb showing the amount due was $xxx.** but when they contact me the amount is again different. I get interest charges *** be added daily or something but this isnt an interest charge. So if the statement says the balance is due on 2/10 and I receive the statement on 1/20, why is the amount due different based on whether I have a paper statement or I call them. Why do they have a statement that doesnt show the actual amount due, its very deceptive. There is no online site to track anything so I am solely relying on the statement for any information. Additionally, there customer service representatives are extremely rude through text messages. On 2/2/23 I received a text message and replied that I could provide information when I got home. As Im walking through my door I get a text message starting out I am not going to stay logged in. I get that *** not be perceived as rude to many people, but whether she stays at work or not is not my problem. I never promised I would respond before a certain time.

*************** to the concerns identified in your document filed under #********. Having reviewed the many exchanges with our customer that have been in form of written/mailed notices, phone exchanges, email exchanges and text messaging - all are concerns about the timeliness of the payments which are to be made on his/her Manufactured Home loan. We would be more than happy to provide this individual with a history of his/her loan payments if that would provide him/her with the assurance that all requests are based on accurate data of the principal, interest and fees that his/her note has incurred based on the timeliness of his/her payments. Efforts to collect payments have escalated due to the lateness of payments and/or non-payment. Opportunities for informational exchanges in order for delinquent payments to be collected have been extended by our staff outside of normal business hours as a courtesy. His/her mention of the fact that our team member notified him/her that they would be logging out was done at 8PM and is mandatory. What was stated after that was the fact that we would be available to assist the following morning at 8AM. Again, regularly monthly statements of the account are being delivered without delay. Payment via ACH is available which would assure payments are always on time. We hope that our customer will find a way to resolve the delinquency issues that have resulted in our calls to cure the matter. We are available Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM CST to discuss the matter, take payment via ACH, Echeck, credit card or he can mail in payment via a check.

      Respectfully,

      *************************, CEO

I have been paying on my home loan for 3 years now making payments weekly, biweekly, and monthly trying to pay my loan off. I even started paying my loan a month early 2 months ago but when I tried my check I sent in the mail hadn't shown up until the day it was due according to the company. So the following month I sent another check this time certified and when I called they first told me they hadn't received my check and I told them I knew they did because they had to sign for it they then said oh yes its right here in front of me. Like I said I have been paying on my loan for 3 years always ahead of schedule but somehow all my money keeps going to interest. Could someone please look into this I fear im not the only client they are doing this too.

I have always been on time with payments and even made extra payments but this company just seems to want to apply the money towards the interest only and not towards the principal all there customer service people have no idea what there talking about or continue to lie and say a manager will get back to me that this shouldn’t be happening and assure to fix the problem but never do they should care more about there customers and not just about the money I highly don’t recommend this company to anyone
