On November, 12 2022 Crossroads Dental had me pay in full from a visit in May 2022 that had not yet been resolved by insurance. I paid them $173 in full. They told me my refund would be issued as soon as insurance paid up. Soon after, my mom and step mom's insurance covered all but $19 of this bill. Crossroads Dental has owed me $154 since the middle of November. I have been pressing them since January 3rd, calling once a week for updates. They are giving me the run around. They keep saying they'll call with updates, but have not called me once. They are withholding my $154 of overpayment. After 4 phonecalls, I am finished working with them.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I was told on the phone on 1/3/23 that my step mothers insurance paid $111 towards my May balance. I was told that my ***************** paid $43. That left $19 to be paid, and I would be refunded $154 for my full payment of the May balance.
I am attaching notes I took after each phone call with the business. I apologize for the quality, these notes were taken on a work notebook in a workshop. When I called on 1/10, the receptionist said she couldnt find any information about my refund or this issue and would get back to me. On 1/11 when I called to follow up, they said that my refund was being processed by the accountant and I would get my $154 soon. On 1/11, they had also submitted my November visit to insurance before taking off the charge for cementing my retainer. They said they would write off whatever wasnt covered by insurance. This lines up. They said they had no timeline for me getting my money back. This is 8 days after my refund request. They said they would get back to me.
7 days later on 1/18, I called AGAIN because nobody has followed up with me once about my refund or explained anything outside of what Ive written. They said they had no timeline and would get back to me.
The response from the business does not entirely line up with what they had been telling me on the phone. I am insured by my mother AND step mother, which is why the business has had to explain the situation to multiple people. I want to know why I was getting the run around about my refund for 2 weeks straight when I was apparently never going to get it back. Where is the payment from my moms insurance that you told me about on 1/3? You have NOT been more than accommodating by giving me half of the apparent details and never contacting me back during that 15 day period.
