Got some random email from someone named ******************************* claiming to be my account representative and stating I owed money on a debt with some place called ********** Never heard of them, never heard of this company either. Probably phishing for gullible people.

I have disputed their claim. No response. Calls continue. Illegal harassment techniques. I believe they are a scam company.

For some odd reason, I've started getting calls (again) about something that happened back in the early ****s. They're saying I had a **** from a hospital ER visit but it was not me. I'm guessing my ex used my information but I had already cancelled insurance on her. They need to be going after her. The man who called me was very unprofessional. I think his name was **** Even if this went towards my credit, it should be long gone by now. I have a great credit score and will seek legal action if I continue to get calls from you. You all must be grabbing at any fool who will give you money over the phone.

Worse than "not good." Possibly an identity thief.First, this organization runs a scam where they send notices to people who have debts so old they are uncollectible and try to get payment, thereby possibly reinstating the debt obligation. But, worse, but, this company is an ENORMOUS security risk to those affected. We received an email notification that we had an old debt with a department store. We have never done business there, which seems suspicious. The guy from Dekalb, *****************, on the phone, gave me the alleged debtor's name, birthdate, address, and social security number. None of which are my husband's, although the name is superficially similar. Then he asked for the same information about my husband (like REALLY, I'm giving out our address and his SSN to a stranger on the phone?) When I refused to give him any of our information, simply stating that the information did not apply to us and he had the wrong person, ***************** got very threatening, started yelling at me on the phone, accusing me of being a liar, and worse.I now have enough information about the debtor to be able to cause very serious trouble for the other party, should I be an identity thief (which I am not)The same guy then sent an email attachment that is allegedly a PDF but which could just as easily include a virus, trojan, or another malware payload.Block and ignore this clown.

I make this statement to DeKalb County Solutions and hope anyone else out there understands their own situation better after reading this. "DeKalb, the debt for which you make claim against me was satisfied 30 years ago. First you have no legal jurisdiction by statute to make such a claim. If you attempt to contact me again, you better have legal evidence to back up your claim. You are the four company that has attempted to collect on such claim. My legal team will be contacting you if I hear or see your name presented in front of me again!"

Keep receiving calls from #************** regarding a past due debt from Continental Finance from 2008. I asked that I not be contacted again. As ****** statute of limitations is six years regardless of the type of debt. The time limit is counted from when a debt became overdue or when a borrower last made a payment, whichever happened more recently. If it's been more than six years, a creditor cannot *** a debtor for debt collection purposes. The gentleman I spoke to would be willing to "work with me": on a one time payment of $199. I have completed a debt consolidation and any outstanding debt is being handled through my attorney.

I was contacted by DeKalb County Solutions for a **** disputed ***** account in violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).Such activities are illegal under the ****** and if you file a claim against Dekalb County Solutions, Inc. and win, you could potentially be awarded $1,000 per violation as well as attorney's fees, court costs, and any actual damages. Even if you do owe money, collectors must obey the law when attempting to collect it, or pay a price of their own.To everyone who has been illegally contacted, we need to start a Class A lawsuit action against them.

Someone just called my phone saying this is a matter of an old debt. I have cleaned up all of my credit and I have nothing outstanding. I want to have no further contact from this company.
