I have an extended home warranty policy from RWS, they sent this contractor out to my home to address an electrical issue. I paid this company $150.00 to inspect the problem, however, they never sent a report to my home warranty company to get the problem repaired. I feel they did not do the job they were hired to do and I would like my money back.Business response

Mansfield Electric was contacted by RWS regarding a request for service. The home owner is required to pay $150.00 for the service visit. The problem was identified and RWS was contacted via telephone on March 4 according to procedure. RWS was to advise if repair work was approved. RWS did not approve additional work at this time. RWS indicated it would advise. Mansfield Electric did not have additional contact with RWS until April 8 at which time additional information was requested. Mansfield Electric furnished the additional information on April 8. RWS at this time has not approved any additional work. The home owner may wish to contact RWS to resolve the issues.
