I have been paying a car note and the dealer has the car now and telling me I need to fix repairs that I didnt do so I rather walk away from deal returning my money and Ill go get another vehicle elsewhereInitial Complaint

On September 19, 2022 I received an estimate performed by ************************* of B&G Auto for $7,083.18 and was offered an negotiated price of $4,350 from owner ***********************************. The work was completed and vehicle was returned to me November 05, 2022. At which point I complained to the manager and owner regarding the condition of the vehicle. Below are my list of concerns:1) My hood is not closing properly.2) My front passenger headlight is off alignment. The headlight was removed in the priming and painting process by the shop technician.3) My front and rear passenger side door panels are loose. The panels were removed and replaced properly.4) The front driver door panel is loose also.5) Paint primer is visibly noticeable throughout the exterior of the vehicle.6) The door trim was removed and not replaced properly throughout the vehicle.Initial Complaint

DATE OF TRANSACTION: 09/16/2022 COST OF SERVICES RENDERED: $4,350.00 SERVICES REQUESTED: TO HAVE THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY 2014 AUDI Q7 RE-PAINTED. I ORGINALLY TOOK MY CAR IN TO BE REPAINTED DUE TO A PAINT BEING APPLIED. IT WAS STATED TO ME THAT THE MERCHANT REMOVED THE PASSENGER HEAD LIGHT AND THE INSIDE PANEL OF THE DOORS TO PRIME AND PAINT THE **** NOW MY HOOD WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY AND I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS NUMEROUS TIME TO THE **** ***** AND MANAGER WITH NO AVAIL. I WAS TOLD BY THE ***** IF I SUBMITTED PICTURES OF HOW MY CAR LOOKED BEFORE SERVICE HE WOULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM HOWEVER HE HAS FAILED TO DO SO.I AM PROVIDING THE RECEIPT; BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OF MY CAR SHOWING PROOF OF THE DAMAGESInitial Complaint

I had my car fixed around March of this year. It was 1200$ to fix. It broke down the very next day. It took them days to come pick it up. They they told me it would be another 1200$ to fix again. They said I could get financing through them to fix it. I agreed. I called them a few days later and they told me the part wasn't in & they would call me when it came in. Ive called every week to check on my car. They called me in August and said it was fixed how ever they said I needed to pay for storage. They took 4 months to fix my ********* want me to pay the final 800$ which I dont mind. What is unfair is the 45$a day for the 4 months they had my car. They hangup when I call or they refuse to talk to me.Business response

**************** brought in a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze into our shop for repairs. **************** was notified on once the repairs were completed on her vehicle. Her repairs totaled over $2,500.00. **************** was approved for financing which covered $1,693.60 of her repairs. We called **************** weekly beginning July 30, 2021 (after her initial call of advising her that the repairs were complete). On July 30, 2021 **************** advised us that she was working on getting the remaining balance due after the financing funds allocation. On August 5, 2021 she advised us that she still needed additional time. We called **************** several times to see when she will be picking up the vehicle and as of today she has not contacted our shop my phone, email or mail. We began to charge a daily storage fee on September 1, 2021 (which was approximately 1 1/2 months after advising her that the vehicle was ready for pick up).Initial Complaint

B and g is working fraudulently with dealz *** they sold me a bad car told me they did repairs but this car broke down on me while driving on eway called to inform them on whats going on told me everything was fine when they had it which isnt accurate I asked for pass work done on car never showed me or called back they arent returning my calls Im still waiting on my title and hard plates .Business response

B&G IS A RETAIL DEALER AND DEALZ, *** IS A WHOLESALE DEALER. WE ONLY PREPARE ***** WORK FOR DEALZ ***. VEHICLES AND DO NOT KNOW OF THE QUALITY OF THE VEHICLES. B&G AUTO REPAIR DID NOT SERVICE THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION AND NEVER ADVISED COMPLAINANT OF SUCH. WE DID PREPARE PLATE AND ***** WORK AND THE COMPLAINANT WILL RECEIVE THE ***** AND HARD PLATES IN THE MAIL ONCE THE PAPERWORK IS PROCESSED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE.
