I have been charged late fee 24 times in past 2 years. Their agents call me about payments but at no point of time they have EVER mentioned of the late charges. I have tried to login into my account multiple times, but have never even been able to create my account. I never get any monthly statement. They treat customers poorly and do their best to overcharge.Business response

Hello. After a thorough review of this complaint, the bank has determined that all of the late fees have been legitimately applied as, to date, 20 of the consumer's loan payments were received beyond the 10-day grace ****** wherein a late payment fee was applied. The verifiable payment history as well as the collection history fully supports this statement. I am rejecting this response because:
This company has beeb running my credit report without my consent numerous times. This is a separate issue from the money owed. I was also harassed by the owner on the phone and that did not make matters any better. I would love to have a friendly outcome but I do not think the other end would want to. Too much ego with this man.

I paid all my payments on time but they**;re charging me $1,000 of interest at the end of my last payment. I should**;ve known about this charge or they should**;ve fit it into my monthly payments.Business response

Hello and thank you for the inquiry. Contrary to the consumer's allegation of additional interest charged, the remaining balance of approximately $1100.00 consists of 3 contractual instalment payments (APRIL 2020, MAY 2020 and JULY 2021) that the consumer elected to defer due to presumed hardship during those months. The consumer executed deferment agreements and paid a nominal fee at those times, which deferred those payments until the end of the original loan term, which are now due as October 2021, November 2021 and December 2021 instalments. After these are paid, the original 75 contractual instalment payments will have been satisfied. I have thoroughly reviewed the payment history and confirmed these findings. If there are any further questions or concerns, I will be very happy to discuss this matter directly with the consumer and provide any documentation necessary.
