I contracted Enrique Roofing to replace my roof and renovate the interior of my house including three bathrooms that needed to be re-done in 07/2022. I moved in the house in 11/2022. At the beginning of May, a water leak was discovered through the ceiling of the bathroom downstairs which is below one of bathrooms upstairs. I had a plumber come who said the leak was not plumbing related but said the tiles had holes in them causing the leaks. I had another company from tiling come who then told me that there was either no subfloor or it was not reinforced and hence the floors needing to be redone to resolve the water leaks. He stated that "bathrooms should not need re-tiling 6 months later but should last for at least 10 years."I called Enrique Roofing on 05/06/23 and he came to the house on 05/08/23 where he made an appointment to come and fix the floors on Monday 05/15/2023. On 5/13/23, he sent a text stating that he could not come but would come on 5/19/23. On 5/19/23, Enrique did not show up as promised. I called him twice and he did not respond. His nephew called later who stated that they were in another town, 2 hours away, doing at another job ( a roof), hence the reason they did not show up. One of the bedrooms ceilings where they re-did the walls is cracking and started to do so in the winter so like 2-3 months after we moved in. When he came over, I showed him, and he said the problem was not the roof, but his men had forgotten to put something between the roof and ceiling. So, you pay all this money for them do renovate and so many mistakes of this not done the right way. The degree of unprofessionalism where they keep rescheduling because of new business opportunities that come their way instead of fixing work they have been paid for but now compromised due to their poor workmanship, and worse still not having the courtesy to honor their commitment but instead just don't show up.Business response

We Enriques roofing fixed the issue to her complaint on may 22 two tiles got loose do to water drop to floor we tried talking with her but she refused to answer.another company supposedly made an inspection and told her the floor had to be redone. I think this company that made the inspection wants work.when we finished the fixing the issue she was happy and thanked ** she said she was going to remove the complaint.everything was good to this point so we dont know why shes trying to cause problems for my company.we are a serious and dedicated company words speak for theyre self by checking our reviewsCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: they came on 5/19/23 to fix the floors. At the end of the day they left and told me all was well, tiles had been replaced, and to use the bathrooms the next day. The next day, only to realize that the floors had different shades of grouting meaning the subfloor which is what is bad was not changed. They had just regrouted the floor. Worse still what they re grouted did not even stay and it was disintergrating. I sent a text message to Enrique and he said he needed to use something stronger etc. so I knew that either he is unethical or he was not knowledgeable in fixing the problem. I had companies come out for tiling and all said the subfloor needed to be changed. Two companies came who do floor restoration for tiles and re grouting said the subfloor was bad and they couldnt do anything without a new subfloor. So in response to what he is alleging that other companies wanted money, that is not factual. They could have taken my money just like how he deceptively told me he had replaced the tiles but they did not. They said, have new subfloors first then we can retile your bathrooms. They were honest ethical professionals.I asked about the tiles and then he sent a picture showing them removing two tiles yet his son gave the impression that all tiles had been replaced. Even told me that tiles were breaking as they were being removed. And also the pictures came after I said I would look at the live camera recordings to see if boxes of tiles ever entered the house.
And not to mention the sliding door they installed that was shaking with winds and leaves and bugs come into the house from below it only because they forgot to nail it down per his words.
This is factual. Why would I take down the compliant as if these things did not happen?

We offer to get an inspection with an inspector and have a meeting with the company that made the inspection for her but she refused to do it what can we do if she does not want to coaporate with ** we are not hiding from anything but if she does not want to coaporate with ** there nothing else we can doCustomer response
