Pros:They were cheaper than other options we looked at.We eventually got most of our belongings.Cons:They recommended a pickup date 2 weeks later than all the other moving companies and assured us our things would arrive on time. They were 2 weeks late.A valuable box with irreplaceable things was lost or stolen during the outsourcing of the move and storage to 3rd party companies. They handled this at such an unprofessional level, I cannot begin to explain it.Other items arrived damaged. They charged us $800+ for a shuttle service, where again, they outsourced it and wanted me to work with the 3rd party company. In our experiences with them, they were consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. I am usually not one to leave a review, but I wish I would have seen something like this before I used them. That all being said, since they outsource to various 3rd parties, your mileage may vary. You might get lucky.Review from Lincoln M

My family did a move from ******* to ******* with New Evolution. The guys came on time and did and a great job. We were very pleased with how they handled our belongings, as some of our items are family heirlooms. I would recommend this company based on the quality of service we received.Review from Robert J

Horrible. That about sums it all up. Just read some of these reviews and you'll get a taste of what you are in for. These people are not professional in the least. They actually hired a homeless guy off the street during my move and lets just say that didn't go very well.Review from Daniel C

WARNING! ****! DO NOT *** ******************!! *****, ****** and *** were more concerned about receiving our deposit than confirming the details of our move. They charged our credit card without formal authorization and refuse to refund our money. They lied consistently in our initial conversations and completely failed at communicating with us. When I finally talked to Ben (after countless attempts to reach them unsuccessfully via phone, email and text) the day before our scheduled move he was aggressive and confrontational. If you read reviews by others on ****** and ********** you will see similar reviews. Do not risk your money and personal belongings on these movers. I have never worked with a company that was this unprofessional.Review from Simret G

They started with a friendly and pleasant conversation with ****, who lasted until the first down payment was made. Our staff was supposed to be pick on May 24. On May 24 morning, we were told their track broke. When we called ****, he was not even aware of it. This was an inconvenience to us as we have to inform the building management to change the permission to move on a different date. They sent another track the next day, and they start moving the household items. They did not say anything until half of the item was on track. Then they started complaining that there is a lot of staff, the boxes are too big the agreed fee is not enough. They stop work until we agreed to what they were demanding, which was an additional $1500. After 45 minutes of the standoff, we conceded ( as we had a death in our family that day) and as the building has restrictions to complete moving within a particular time, but they did not care. They started complaining that they are hungry and thirsty. I felt so bad for my wife as I was not there to deal with this ordeal.Once the move was completed, they demanded 60% of the agreement in cash. We told them we do not have cash and offered zelles. They said no. Then we offered then check; they said no to that too. They agreed to get the money with *****, but since the money, with *****, the highest withdrawal per day is $2k ( that is what chase allows), they want everything now. They did not care how. These people are not practical. They finally agreed to get the check. They took our staff, and we did not hear from them for two weeks. We called **** on June 10 to check when it will arrive; he said 14 days from the time it left, June 8, 2021. He told us that we should speak with a guy named *** who does third-party contracting. *** said our staff was in storage in *******; it has not left. He said he did not have a track that would take it. After four days of calls, I got a hold of ***; I told *** that the very reason we paid them was to take out staff? He said apologized and promised he would let us know soon. Long story short, our staff arrives on June 21, 2021. The track drive asked me to pay first and sign the list of items before he unloads anything. As I read the paper he asked to sign, it says, "by signing this document, I acknowledge that all items are in good condition."I told the drive how can I sign this without checking if everything is in good condition. The guy got mad at my answer and requested to pay otherwise;, he is not unloading it. I paid the leftover fee. They unloaded around 85% of the items and started complaining that they were not paid to assemble, they do not have tools, and they are going to leave whatever is left off in the garage. After they left, we found out one rug was molded as it was stored in molded storage, one TV broke, missing **** to assemble the bed, and TV. We called both **** and ***, no answer. They did not even follow up with us to make sure if everything went well. I will be submitting a similar report to the attorney general as I do not hear from them. The primary purpose of this report is I do not want anyone to go through what we went through.Review from Mary Ann C.

So sorry I used this company.Damage, missing items, and you get 60 cents on the pound. Ruined a 1200.00 chair that weighs about 50 pounds, thats $30.00?? Missing **** vacuum, paid $900.00, weighs about 10 pounds, thats $6.00.I could go on with 10 other items, but you get the point.Plus, they were overpriced. For the price they charged I expected them to take better care of my items.
