          • RETURNS: Under certain limited circumstances, Medical Shipment may refund the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price for Products purchased from this web site if requested within 10 days. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. Should you need to make a return, please contact Medical Shipment within 10 days of receiving the product. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the return number issuance. Merchandise should be securely wrapped and returned in the original packaging with the return number visible on the outside of the package. Returned merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of the return authorization issuance date and will be returned to the Purchaser. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned goods. Any defective product that is returned during a warranty period will be repaired or replaced with authorization and prepaid freight
