Terrible rude employees. Went to get my dodge cleaned. Didn't do a good job

***** WARNING *****Do not ever take your vehicle to Spex carwash, ever!On Tuesday the 10th of August, I took my vehicle to Spex carwash in ****** for a detail. This was definitely a mistake! I returned to pickup my vehicle, paid the $200 bucks and gave a $15 tip, but I was never taken around my vehicle to inspect it. Not thinking, I jumped in and left. I returned to the vehicle and opened the back of my SUV (Benz), and there was a ***** I immediately called the carwash and spoke with the owner (*************************). This guy flipped the h*** out, he tried pulling that bullying, narcissistic, and I am tough attitude with me, not thinking his worker destroyed my vehicle so I had to show him how to flip the f out. His worker took my chair out of the back seat and put it in the back, the chair is not too heavy but it probably slipped when he was putting the chair back there and ****ed the bumper. He is rude and a horrible business person. I did agree to bring the truck back the next morning so he could show me the video, but of course he wasnt there. I called the location in ******** and he wasnt there either. I was told he would return to the ****** location, so I called back at about 1p, he wasnt there. I told the receptionist to have him return my call and was told no, so I had to let her know that I would drag his **** to court so the judge would make him release the video. So about 1/2 hour later this unprofessional jerk calls me back and tells me all he could do is repair the ***** my response was absolutely NOT, then he says to me when I return he would not charge me for a detail, my response again.**** to the naw. I was born at night, but it definitely wasnt last night! You can see the **** and the poor service I received. He also said to me that he had been in the business for more than 42 years and had never received a complaint..lair lair!
