Stay away from this dealer. Was searching for a certified used Outback around Chicagoland and compared cars and prices online. Found one I liked here and went in for a test drive. We talked through the asking price and the price of other similar cars they had. I chose one and had them write up the out-the-door cost. They slipped in an $1,800 charge for the "Certified used car" cost! When challenged they said they never post that cost in their online listing, even though their website clearly states that the car is Certified and the the cost of this certified car is $xxxx. To my utter amazement they justified that by saying the consumer would be better served not having the extra $1,800 added in so they could better compare cars. Also stated that most other Subaru dealers do the same. I walked out immediately and stopped at two other Subaru dealers on the way home - and got detailed out-the-door costs and neither included anything for "Certifying" their Certified used cars. When told of my experience at another dealer they enthusiastically said "must be Schaumburg". I have purchased many cars before but have never seen anything so blatantly deceptive. I contacted Subaru corporate to lodge a complaint, and would warn others to steer clear and visit any other dealer in the area.

Long story short, helpful and supportive salesman but stay away from *******************. He will ask you to say "help me" before he would do anything supposed to be his responsibility.It took over 3 weeks still not received my check/cash after selling my car to them.Was forced to agree that **** was helping me when I asked where is my money!When I refused to agree that he was helping me, he said he would hang up.I sold my car, it was a legal transaction with contract. Nobody is doing noone favor here.Good luck

The worst customer service and service in general. Back and forth waste of time.They had a paint guy try to fix some chips on hood after purchase. the purchase was in the rain on a dark afternoon. Anyway, Long story short and in my ****** review it follow up from owner. The pain touch up guy they use after my purchase was advised to fix paint chips on hood. End result was extra scratching and made tings worse.Nobody helps including the SalesManager *** or the service manager ****. They make you feel horrible as a person including my wife who felt talked down too. The owner said they would take care of me and fix the situation but no...The manager *************** the phone up on me in a simple discussion with no swearing. I'm so upset and can't believe this this is the course of action. We are good people who just wanted a car. Hang the phone up on me...?

horrible experience three months after buying a used car still no title went to dmv find out title has lean against it thanks ********* ***** ***** and ***** in corporate office. we will be driving without plates until?????

STAY ****!!! Company uses deceptive sales tactics to charge for extra warranties while avoiding to disclose full amount of the warranty cost! Sales person was ******* and finance person is **** I believe.In addition they have slipped in a 2nd extended warranty contract with pile of paperwork that was ready for signing hoping I wont notice and I didnt until I got first **** from financing bank stating what I owe. Dealership effectively charged me extra $4,000 for warranties I didnt want and are now refusing to cancel them for a pro-rated refund. I have been trying to get a hold of them but they keep avoiding me and transferring to different employees.TERRIBLE customer service! I ended up paying 38K for the car and they couldnt even put in all four screws on my license plate, wheel rims have sticker residue (it was dark when I bought the car and they knew I couldnt see it).Worst car buying experiences I ever had in my life!***** at dealership refused to provide refund on one of two warranties but stated that they would refund $2,000 for extended warranty cancelation and payment will be posted in 4-6 weeks period. Its now been two and a half months and no payment has been issued to me or my lender. its time for lawsuit!
