On 5/25/2023 we signed a contract and paid ******* in cash for driveway improvements. The job had multiple defects, which the company said they would come back to fix under part of the 7 year included warranty. The company never came to do repairs though and now I am unable to get in contact with them now. Their phone number is disconnected. I've gotten no response to my emails. The address listed online is not their business and the address on the *** paperwork is a hotel room they are no longer using. It's been over 6 months since the work was done and now there are parts of the driveway that are severely sunken in and chipped out. I am seeking a refund so I can pay a legitimate company to fix or redo the job.Initial Complaint

My name is ******************* and I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent asphalt work on my driveway that this company Citywide Asphalt and masonry have done on 9/13 at **********************************Initially, I was satisfied with the work that had been done up until the point when their team ran out of asphalt. On that day, their representative ***** and ***** assured me that they would return to finish the remaining work and seal coat either on 9/15 or 9/18. Unfortunately, as of today, no one from your company has shown up or contacted me to complete the work.The most concerning issue is my inability to contact anyone from Citywide Asphalt and Masonry. I have attempted to reach out multiple times using both of the provided phone numbers, ************ and ************, but they are consistently unreachable. Additionally, I submitted inquiries through your website's contact form and email, but I have not received any response.This lack of communication and unfulfilled promises have left me deeply worried and frustrated. I am beginning to question the legitimacy of Citywide Asphalt and Masonry as a company. It is essential for me to have this issue resolved promptly, as my driveway remains incomplete, and I have paid for the services fully upfront. Attaching the copy of work order.
