      I bought a sauna from them and the red light is not working Instead of replacing it which is few dollars they first asked me model number which is fine then they asked me remove top which is screwed and try to weasel out of replacing the part totally cheap UNETHICAL.

      One of the most degenerate pool company businesses in the entire swimming pool industry. Their customer service does not even exist. They practically get away with an ongoing reoccurring measure of a lack of accountability and transparency on a daily basis. How they remain existent as a legitimately established pool product company to this point and haven't yet just collapsed into economic obsolescence and destruction is beyond mine or anybody else's comprehension. They are so absolutely and disgustingly fraudulent and should have already had a massive lawsuit filed against them like years ago.

      This company does not stand behind its products. Received broken part and never got my money back. They are terrible when you try to call customer service. There is none.

      This pool company does not seem to care if there are missing parts. They say they are shipping out and we have yet to receive our missing parts to put this pool in. We have been sitting on a pool not yet in use because the company is slow to handle warranty issues. This has been going on now for over two months

      I purchased an above ground pool from Bluewave with a 30 year warranty. I've owned the pool for 8 years and it is rusting in a couple of the uprights. The plastic covers are deteriorating to the point they are falling apart. I contacted Bluewave with a warranty request to replace these parts and the sent me to another company to fill out another warranty request. Needless to say their warranty is meaningless as they will not follow through if you have a problems with your pool.

      I ordered a 15x52 pool in March. There was supposed to be 4 cartons. I only got 3. I did not realize I was missing a carton because the three I did have did not come with instructions. It wasn't until after 2 weeks of trying to get the thing put together I did some serious research and discovered I was missing pieces. I have been calling and emailing and getting nowhere. The one time I did talk to someone on 6/9/2021, she said they would take care of it right away. She asked me to send pictures of the cartons I did have. I did that while I was on the phone with her. I have never heard another word. The customer service line always claims they are busy. I have left messages and email every day. I have a pool that cost upwards of $2k and it is completely useless without the missing parts. Never ever buy from this company. It doesn't matter if you buy ********* through ********** or *******, it all comes from these people and they will **** it up. "

      ******* avoids fulfilling there warranty's. Customer service did not respond to my issue about a faulty Cantilever umbrella, after months of trying via email and phone. Really disheartening to be ghosted when it comes to trying to return a faulty product. "

      I bought an outdoor umbrella stand from this company, 50 pounds, and on opening it found that the tube that screws into the base had **** threads but the base was manufactured ******* ANY **** THREADS to receive the holding tube. What idiots. I would never, ever buy another product from a company that can't even get something that basic correct. How **** can you be?"

      We purchased the wedding cake stairs from them through ****** in February because we broke ours last year when we were taking them out. We purchased them early in the year to make sure we would get them before none were left (post covid worry it would be like last year). We didn't open the box until May 1st & there was no railing, connecting plate to the deck, screws and one other piece. I emailed them & 2 days later their customer service rep, ******* ********* emailed me back to get all my information & the on 5/5 they emailed me with a confirmation # for the parts they were going to ship me. By 5/14 we still had not got anything, so I emailed them back and on 5/18 I still had not heard from them so I called the store & talked to *** on ******************, **. I gave him all the information & he said he would get to the bottom of it & call me back. Well, it's 5/21 and not a word back from *** or ******* *********! Thank **** for ******! I just got off the phone with them & they are sending a driver to pick it up & give us a full refund! "
