My husband and I had an appointment with the Bath Envy/ Home Envy representative on Friday. We picked out everything needed for a small bath remodel. The representative was suppose to calculate the cost and send us a quote by the end of the day on Saturday. We received no quote via email nor a phone call to follow up with us. Monday came and went and still no email or call. My husband called the office left a message and still no call or email. Very disappointed with the lack of response after our initial meeting.Review from Diane M

I regret doing business with this company. I thought I was dealing with *********** I guess they subcontract bathroom remodels to Bath Envy. My first mistake was paying the full price at the contract signing. They had my money, so I guess no hurry to get it done. I waited 8 months for this remodel. They kept telling me they needed more parts. I threatened to cancel my contract. They sent someone the next week. Now that the work has started, my bathtub needs an overflow valve. I cannot use my bathtub without this part. The water will end up on the bathroom floor. Something needs to be done to stop this company from messing over consumers. I wish I had known about their bad business practices. So, Im still trying to get this special part ordered. If only I knew what it is I need.
