i use this service for pick up and drop off for my ************* transportation since. my daughter attended **************. i have bene requesting for the tax id for this company to be able to submit my payments and expenditures to irs for the tax year i am filing for 2022 and this company refused to provide this information.i reached out to the rep on 01/23 and rep responded she will provide information but did not.i reached out to the rep again on 01/24, no response from ********** i reached out again on 01/26, no response.i have been calling and no response.they are avoiding providing this information and i must submit this to irs.Business response

We had scheduled a pick up through AC MedTrans, or Britelift, for 10AM. There was a delay in the discharge process and I asked the driver to wait until the discharge was completed, understanding that there would be a waiting fee. The driver cancelled the ride and told the dispatcher it was a no-show. They are now charging us the full amount or $220. We had to re-book the ride and pay the entire fare amount again. This was not a no-show, I clearly asked them to wait, and the driver did not. I should not be charged the full amount.Customer response

On July 28,2021 I was to undergo surgery at ************ Park Hostpital in ************* *******. As an Evanston resident I needed transportation to and from *************. I hired the services of a *********************** that specializes in transportation for patients and elderly people by the name of Britelift. I paid $185.00 for their service. The next day I called their office ************ on **************************************************************, in *************************************** and asked their office to send me a receipt, so I would have proof that I paid in advance. I spoke with a representative by the name of ********* and she said she would email my receipt right away. I waited all day, nothing happened. This continued on throughout the month of July. Every time I was told they send me the receipt! To this day nothing happened and I now have no proof that I paid Britelift $185.00 for their service! What should I do?
