"Im not giving 1 star because theres not option for 0 stars , this insurance is the nightmare of any customer, I submitted the medical records of my dog and theres been 3 months of waiting time to get an answer an always when I call this people are lying to me saying that someone is already reviewing the case and now after three months are saying that they are missing medical records when they already had them.
