  I have bought SAS shoes for ********************************************************************************************************************** I cannot wear them. I cannot afford to pay ****** for shoes that dont fit. I would like to exchange them or get a refund.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The day I went there.  I told them I wanted a pair of **** shoes.  I've had these shoes for 30 years.  I took the shoe off.  She did not measure my foot.  She just look at my foot and decided on my shoe size.  They ordered the shoe, and when I got the shoe, I wore it for a few days, and the shoe felt too big.  They said they would make adjustments to the shoe, but I said no.  I didn't buy 200 dollars worth of shoes to have adjustments made for them.  She said that "you nee to deal with Akerman, not SAS", but SAS is not affiliated with Akerman

  Mr. Cash came to our store and stated he wanted a pair of SAS shoes and he specified the size ,width and style he wanted.  We sold him what he asked for.  After wearing them for some time outdoors, he wanted to return them.  Our store policy is stated on the receipt he received. No returns after 15 days.  We can not take back shoes that are returned as worn.  We informed him we would try to make the shoes he had worn work for him.  He declined  any help or assistance. He then contacted SAS Shoes in ***********, **.  They also informed him they could not take back worn shoes.  He told them he had recently lost weight.  This could be the reason the shoes did not fit any longer.  SAS Shoes will check the shoes for defects if he sends them back to them.

  When ******** came to our store, he informed us he wanted exactly the same shoe he had on, same size, and same color. We checked the inside of the  shoe he was wearing and copied the exact size he wanted, color and brand and ordered it for him.

  When the shoes came in, we called him and he picked them up.  After wearing the shoes for a period of time, he decided they were not the correct size.  Unfortunately, he had worn them outside and they showed signs of wear and tear.  When he brought them back, we offered to see if we could make adjustments to the shoe so he could wear it.  He declined that offer.

  Feet change as a person ages, some feet swell, some change shape and some get smaller.  He stated that he had recently lost some weight.  Perhaps his feet have changed and he may need another style or size.

  ******** has contracted the manufacture and is now dealing with them.
