I ordered the newspaper in January of 2023. 3 months later, 10 calls to representatives, numerous phone dial complaints, numerous "chat" complaints and still no paper. **************** is not helping. The response is always the same. "we will file a complaint and it will be there in a few days". Still Waiting...Review from Roger H B

I signed up to receive the Sunday only paper and in a 1 month period I only received my paper 1 time in 4 weeks and that time a rep from the company had to bring out the paper not the delivery person. We had an issue with the delivery drivers husband a couple years ago concerning lawn work and from that time on we had trouble getting our paper. We are to the point of canceling our subscription and getting our money back but due to the fact your customer service people aren't even in the same country we cant get any resolution.Review from Merry S

I'd give 0 stars if possible! We lost great carriers a couple of months ago, and I'm lucky if I get a paper at all, much less than the 6 am it's supported to be delivered by. Have called the route manager several times with no response!! Besides the fact that local news has reduced by quite a bit, and sports is terrible! So many errors in the paper as well.Review from Henry K

Got a letter from ************************* VP. The Rockford Register Star will **** me an additional $6.00 a month for a "premium edition" unless I contact them to opt out. They can do this? I have to contact them or they will just start charging me for things I don't want. Seems unethical and even unlawful.Review from James S

Easy to subscribe online, impossible to unsubscribe even with a unsubscribe button after logging online..says "FEATURE NOT AVAILABLE" must call to unsubscribe! I'm hearing impaired, not possible!!!!Review from Bernadette M

Service is terrible. The last 6 weeks we have only received the Sunday paper 3 times. We cannot contact anyone that seems to care. We have the carriers phone # , he doesnt answer. When we call the service # the automated voice says we will get a paper today and we never do.Review from Todd T

It's a lottery, for if we get our Sunday paper. If you ask for replacement. Doesn't happen.Tribune was worse, and we canceled it last year.Wonder how long RRS will stay in business?Review from Susan K

Paper is late or is not delivered at all.Paper thrown on ground in rain, mud, ice and snow. Wrapped in plastic, but bag is wet or dirty in bad weather.Contacted customer service over 5 times regarding situation.
