I was seen at ***************** twice in June 2022. The primary payor (Aetna) adjudicated the claim with a patient responsibility of $50. The submitted charges were reduced to the network rate and Aetna paid the difference between the contract rate and my copay of $50. Cigna paid Mercy Health $132.04. This creates an overpayment of $82.04.I have reached out via MyChart messages and they have never responded to bring the matter to closure. I visited in person and spoke with a representative that states they are returning the funds to Cigna, but they will not provide any evidence to support the claims.Next, on July 18, I visited for ear pain. The doctor was unavailable and I was offered the option of seeing a nursing assistant. The women was dismissive and rude. After I explained that I had seen an ENT, she told me to go back there. ************** started throwing out diagnosis without looking at my chart or performing an exam. She offered a medication and them retracted the prescription. I walked out and asked to speak to the director of the facility. He listened, took notes and made a verbal commitment not to bill for the service. ************** was released by Mercy Health and no longer employed by the firm. The claims were submitted to both insurance companies and paid. When I followed up with Mercy Health, I was told that because I spent time with the nurse, the bill was appropriate. I was not treated and I was promised he would waive any fees for the visit. On top of the poor care and dishonesty, this is another visit where they were paid more than the allowed contract rate for the service. Aetna reduced the claim to the contract rate of $76.17 for which, I would be 100% responsible. Cigna paid Mercy $233.98. A difference and overpayment of $157.81. Finally, in 2021, I was seen and a culture was submitted. The physician told me I would get a call in ***** hours. They did not contact me for over two weeks. They did not provide any treatment and refuse to waive $87
