Bought over 1000 sq feet of flooring from them. Probably 200 sq feet was clearly defective and delaminated around the edges. Their response after sending pictures was that it was due to the use of chairs with casters. We have no such chairs in our house and they made this assumption without any type of evidence. It was a complete lie and there attempt at honoring their warranty.Review from Andrea S

This was the first time I have ever purchased flooring online. I was a little hesitant about doing it, but the price was so much less than anything else I could find in any stores. The customer service was excellent. They walked me through everything on the phone and also emailed a confirmation with what to expect from the shipping company. Two days later I received an email with the tracking number for ****. **** called to schedule an appointment for the delivery and gave me a window. When the shipment arrived I noticed there was 3 boxes ripped open and broken pieces. The driver helped me note the damage on the delivery receipt. I filed a claim and added the pictures of damage I took to the flooring market website. I received a response the next day that a replacement order was placed for 3 cartons and I would receive tracking information. 3 days later I had 3 more cartons in perfect shape. Flooring Market was great to work with, I would definitely buy from them again.Review from Gary V

Lowest price guarantee, my left foot. Sent them a quote from a different place and in five minutes they sent an email saying that could not match quote that I sent. They didn't even send a counter offer. If I could rate them negative stars I would.Review from Wes

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They sent about 3 boxes worth of chipped and damaged boards. When I emailed them for replacements they said that this would have had to be noted with ***** when they arrived. The boxes did not look damaged at all when ***** delivered them, most of this damage was done at their warehouse or before they were boxes up (chipped on the top). Was I supposed to open every box at the time of arrived and make ***** wait 6 hours for me to go through every piece?Terrible customer service, the company does not back their products.Review from Rich
