Its a scam!! Millions of people are losing millions of dollars by buying this product!! You cant leave a negative review, and *** never heard of anyone, personally actually losing weight from this product! They have people attesting to the quality of this product, but only the website falsely confirms that. Please look into the legitimacy of this product.Initial Complaint

I was told in the ad that I could sign up for a one-month trial, which I did in September, 2023. I paid that fee and ordered the supplements. On 10/2/23 another $42 was taken from my acct. When I tried to email and ask for a refund and a cessation of withdrawals from my acct, I was told that I will be paying from now on. The people who responded cut off the email conversation and refused to discuss it further. This series of emails occurred on 10/2/23. This program has offered nothing. It is simply a low calorie diet, which anyone can figure out for themselves. This program is a fraud and engages in false advertising. I wish to have my money reimbursed and to hold GOLO liable.Initial Complaint

may ********************************************* *****, installed transmission and drive shaft would not go in, called shop told them they said you have to lick it then stick it, honestly they said this, rented car on Monday took front of driveshaft to shop after initially being screamed at twice they admitted that the output shaft on trans was for a 4 wheel drive not a 2 wheel drive which i have and ordered, clearly states that on invoice, they picked the trans up and said they would fix it, after repeated calls and run around, the owner called me back on a Monday, she said she knew nothing about the situation she had been on vacation, i explained my experience with ***** her builder, she said he is by polar and an idiot, her words not mine, she said she had been looking to replace him, she apologized and said the trans would be done no later than ****, Wednesday afternoon and ive heard nothing, June 12, when i asked if her builder ***** was capable of doing the job she would not answer, i went with this shop cause the owner was well known and had a great reputation, i didn't know he had died and the shop was taken over by others, what a surprise when i started reading reviews, im out ****. dollars.Initial Complaint

This product does not work for me. I did not take it right away and the company refused to even use customer service and contact me. After visiting the doctor I have actually gained weight! This is definitely a scam!Business response

In May 2022, I decided to order Golo weight Loss Supplements from Golo.com to help lose weight. I ordered 270 pills, and the payment was deducted from my ATM. I started taking the supplements during each meal. I even ordered another 270 pills and paid $130.84. I continued using the pills for several months until in August 2022, I had to stop taking the pills because it was causing me extreme heart palpitations. I stopped using them for a few days and the heart palpitations stopped then a few days later, I started again taking the pills and the heart palpitations came back. I wanted to make sure that it was the pills that was causing my heart to beat fast, and it was the pills. I have no previous heart problems. I have 2 unused bottles and I called the company for a refund. They refused to give me a refund because they have a 60-day return policy and yes, the 60-days have passed, but I had no idea that the pills would cause heart palpitations after a long term of use. I am requesting a refund of $130.84.Initial Complaint

I had allergic reaction/sickness on first order. I placed the 2nd order before that happened. Once that happened I was not able to finish the first order and unable to use the second order at all. I returned the unopened 2nd order to Golo. I have proof they received it. They are refusing to refund my $106.90 paid on 2nd order.
