These people are ****** and **** *******. They took my money with no problem and now refuse to answer my calls. I have been without heat for 3days now and have been calling and calling for the last 3 days to no avail. I personally went into the office to speak with ***** at the front desk, but nothing was done. I have children and explained my situation to them, but clearly they don’t care. No heat in February in Chicago is just crazy.

The customer needs the right company. We do not have a contract with this customer. Please remove this review from our profile.

We gave you a one-year warranty from the completion date, and we have no records of you contacting us to express dissatisfaction with our work. ise un contrite con esta compaa en septiembre 2021 ase un ao y aun no llevan ni el 10% de el trabajo echo y cada que ban a ser algo me cambian las fechas ya estoy cansada de su irresponsabilidad me ****** la electricidad de el garage y aun no me la an arreglado llamo y llamo y no contestan y si llegan a contestar nadie se ase responsable de el trabajo porque son solo empleados es solo lo que me contestan y ya estoy cansada no recomiendo esta company a ninguna persona porque no son responsables de aser el trabajo bien echo ni mucho menos rpido tienes que andar puchandolos para que hagan algo

We are sorry that *************** is not happy with our performance. We have been in contact with ***************. She knows she can contact us on the office line, by cell phone, or by email. We have done a considerable amount of work for her project. We hired a licensed Architect, a building permit for the work was obtained, the main electrical line was relocated, and the foundation for the two-story addition was completed. At this moment, *************** has power in the garage; as soon as the framing is completed, the electrician will be able to run a new line from the house to the garage. We have scheduled the framing and provided her with this information in writing. We thank her for her patience.

I went there on April the 26th looking for services for fixing my home and remodeling my roof. May 26 no one has showed up or called. no contact, no call no nothing. 2nd visit, I goes out there and get them start up. I was told by *** that the village of Bellwood is holding up all progress.I called my village and it was confirmed that. I was told they never applied for a permit at all.My 3rd visit, June 8th I went out there ,I signed off on the architectural draft.June 20th they send ****** out to take a picture again. ****** said that the village of Bellwood is the hold up.I went to my village hall in person and found they still had not filed for a permit of any kind for address. To this day they have NOT done any kind of work on my home. Nothing at all. Now the are trying to *** me for 33%of the cost of the contract which is $12,900.*** called me in anger and said "I am going to take your house and I am going to put a lien on it"Now mind you, they haven't lost anything. No material, No work, nothing. They took pictures with a small camera and a cell phone. The Architecter came out and took more pictures and measurements. It took him, Not even 30 minutes. But another month to draw it up. Please HELP, stop this type of company from preying on the poor and needed. Now he wants to put a lien on my house. Why? He gained $350. From me and I am still getting rain in my house.

************* contacted our office because she had been having problems with her roof for several years. She hired us to remove her existing 2nd floor balcony and build a new ***** roof, which is not an easy project. We had to hire a licensed architect to prepare the architectural drawings. On May 4th, 2022, ************* requested a discount for the work, and our salesman, ***, after talking to her, offered her a discount of $2,000.00. On May 24th our architect completed the preliminary drawings. We met with ************* at her home on June 1st to review the drawings with her. ************* gave us her approval to move forward, and we asked the architect to complete the architectural drawings. On June 13th the architect completed the architectural drawings and on June 23rd, we submitted the architectural drawings and building permit application to the ******************* for review. ************* sent ** a letter, dated June 28th, 2022, stating that she was cancelling the contract with us and was no longer in need of our services. She also indicated we could keep the $350.00 [she] paid. We tried to explain the process to her, but she informed us that she was going to have a contractor from her insurance company perform the work. By not allowing us to perform the work, she is breaching the contract. Whether she would like for us to perform the work or not, we still need to collect payment for services rendered. We are ready to produce documentation that will confirm all details.

Our addition was done poorly. Floors had to be replaced as well as walls. The workmanship was awful. The superintendent of our job was border line criminal in the way he spoke to me and so offensive. The project took a long time which was expected. The end result is not at all what was expected. Im so unbelievably unhappy as what was done to my home. We have spent so much money to make up for their short comings. We fell for this company because they offered financing. After pulling the drain on the new tun they installed it leaked into my first floor as if it was raining. A worker also fell halfway through the ceiling on the first floor. They patched up some original hard wood and it looks terrible. I was not happy or impressed with any member of this company.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our company. Our records show that you signed a contract with us in June 2012, and we completed our contract work in June 2013, 8 years ago. Our work was inspected and approved by the ***************. We have no records of you contacting us to express your dissatisfaction with our work in the last eight years or during construction. We wish you had taken the time to contact our office if you were not satisfied with our work. You signed a customer satisfaction stating that you had no complaints. We gave you a one-year warranty from the completion date, and we have no records of you contacting us to inform us you were not happy with our work.

I sing a contract with this no responsible people since November 2020 until today the didnt do anything giving excuses one after another .They ask for money ahead of any contract and they despaired with out giving you a notice about how the project is going on, I have to call many times just to hear another excuse I really dont know what to do ?

Mr. Sanchez signed a contract with us on October 23, 2020, to build a 2nd-floor addition and a balcony to his home. We had to obtain Architectural drawings and a building permit before scheduling a starting date to start construction at his home. Last year was not an average year for us, and we had to face many obstacles to continue offering our services to our customers. Still, we were always here to answer Mr. Sanchez's questions. In March 2021, we were ready to schedule his job. We had the building permit and the drawings approved; however, we could not start his project because we were behind due to the cold weather and lack of personnel due to the covid-19 sickness of the tradesman. When we were getting ready to begin his project, the lumber prices increased over 400%, and we had another obstacle preventing us from starting his project. On May 19, 2021, Mr. Sanchez and our company agreed that Mr. Sanchez would pay an additional amount to cover the lumber increase. When Mr. Sanchez left the office, we gave him an estimated starting date of the middle of July, weather permitting. Today is July 2, and yesterday we told Mr. Sanchez that due to the rain we had in June, we are behind, and his job is scheduled for the last week of July, weather permitting. We understand Mr. Sanchez is anxious for us to start his project. Still, he forgets that the country was affected by a pandemic that keeps affecting many aspects of our lives and businesses, and for us to build a second-floor addition, we need at least five days without rain to open a roof. We have not taken Mr. Sanchez's money, and we have always kept in contact with him. We apologize if our answers to his concerns have not always been the ones he is looking for, and he feels that we are not meeting his needs. We have always been straightforward with him. We thank him for his business, and he can be assured of a quality product.
