On Sunday 3/26/23 I sent my husband to get my order, a taco pizza meal with two taco supremes and a drink. This shouldn't have cost more $10. When he arrives with my food the receipt said it cost almost $20. I then called Taco Bell to confirm the cost for the meal I ordered, and the person was rude and did not initially give me the information I requested. The person then hung up the phone on me and would not allow me to speak with a manager. I then called back 5 times and was not able to reach anyone. I then decided to go to the location with my receipt and confirmed that I was charged extra for something I didn't order or receive. It resulted in arguing back and forth with managers and their staff, as well as me giving them back the food. I ended up leaving without my food as well as the money I was overcharged.Initial Complaint

On 10/30/22 I received an email adivising me that my Taco Bell order for $30.12 would be ready at 12:44 pm. I did not place that order. Charges were made to the credit card that I had on file with the Taco Bell app. I immediately called the credit card company and cancelled the credit card. Eventually the $30.12 was credited to my credit card. I removed the cancelled credit card information from the Taco Bell app and entered the informaton for a different credit card.On 11/6/2022 I received an email advising me that my Taco Bell order for $23.29 would be ready at 6:28 pm. I then realized that the credit card that I had cancelled had not been hacked. It was the Taco Bell app that was hacked and my credit card information on the app was being used to charge food.I filed a complaint with Taco Bell **************** on their website asking for a refund of $23.29. I never received a response from Taco Bell.I am still asking that Taco Bell refund the $23.29 that was chareged to my credit card via their app.
