I would give just zero stars if I could. They added and extra $5,000 for a 6 month convenience package, that they never disclosed to us. They snuck it in under accessories and led us to believe it was the extended warranty. They rushed through financing, didnt really show us the paperwork with and only brought our attention to interest rate and monthly payment. They never went through the total charges, so we didnt see until it was too late there was a hidden fee. Do NOT buy from this dealership. They are crooks and sneaks.Review from Patrick O

After receiving my first bill I looked at the breakdown and there was a $4000 fee that was never discussed with me. I called and talked to several people and was basically told there was nothing I could do about it. Beware of this place as Ive read several other comments after it happened to meReview from Bryan F

Refused to honor advertised price for a used Toyota Tacoma. Demanded $4,000 in unnecessary add-on services like detailing the car before the sale.Review from beth p

Had a bad motor in my Sorento that wasnt discovered until 2020. Its part of a recall for a group of vehicles from **************** which, they say they will replace the motor but only have it locks and quits entirely. They dont take in consideration the amounts of oil and money we have to put in the *** daily, and the plugs we have to keep replacing due to the excess oil getting into other parts of the vehicle. A real mess. When we called to trade it in, we received no decent customer service at all. Extremely disappointed. We finally got rid of it yesterday and it was not a *** ****** who helped us. Never again will i own another *** and never again will i buy from shottenkirk Toyota.Review from Trexal S

This is for the Granbury Texas location, bought a Tahoe from them, they promised to repair dents in left and right rear quarter panels, stopped answering phone calls and texts, 3 emails unanswered, no resolution, buyer beware will promise you and not deliver.
