I had an extended warranty that I purchased through my bank- 2012 Honda CR-V. My car is driven and has very limited mileage on it. I took it to the shop because it makes a horrendous noise after I start it up but then it stops after I drive it. I called B&A and they accepted the warranty. I dropped it off on July 30th. They diagnosed the problem and said I ran low on oil, performed the oil change. He said he replaced a relay fuse regarding the horn. They didn't ask for my authorization before the oil change because the general maintenance requirements. I went there and paid for it then found my steering wheel was in the car seat. He put it back on and it still made that noise. He said since it ran low on oil, it will always make the noise. I was on the way to the bank and went to honk the horn and it didn't work. I paid $177 for the service I didn't authorize and the initial 2 problems are still there that I took the car there to be repaired. I am home 4 days a month because I am an over the road driver. This car came into their garage on warranty work which should not have been charged to me. I will pay for the oil change even though it was not authorized and would like a refund on the other services.
