      I have owned several Barnett bows, and have had great success with the reliability, and workmanship with the Barnetts bow. Just over 4 years ago, I purchased a Barnett crossbow that worked well for several years. Just over a year ago the safety on my crossbow would lock up, and it would not fire. With my older bows, I have gone to several local Dallas **** companies when strings were getting old and required replacement. I went to these bow shops, and they could not help me given the safety on a crossbow presents a liability issue. I found the Barnett crossbow repair information in *******, and was asked to ship it to them. My Barnett crossbow was still under warranty, and Barnett is shipping me a new crossbow due to parts not being available for my crossbow. I have been a loyal believer in Barnett for years, and my recent experience strengthens even more my confidence in Barnett crossbows for standing behind their warranty, and excellent customer service. *************************, *****.

      I purchased a Barnett Crossbow back on September 28, 2022. It was delivered on October 3, 2022. When I went to sight it in, I discovered that the scope was defective. No surprise there, seeing how I had a problem with their scopes in the past, JUNK. I registered the crossbow and contacted them thru email. I received a reply on October 10, 2022, that they received my email, and someone would contact me ASAP. On November 7, 2022, I called them at the number on the email that they sent me. I listened to a message on how they started this family business and how proud they were with their business. After about thirty minutes of bragging and them telling me that they might be hunting, I hung up. Really, I wanted to go hunting with the crossbow that I just bought too. On October 19, 2022, I still haven't been contacted by them, so I sent another email. I have even told them on their sight, where I registered the crossbow that I would be going to the BBB. Today is December 8, 2022, and I still haven't heard anything back from them, so here I am.

      Brand new crossbow broke, *********** fix, I would assume. Emailed, called, left voicemails, sat on hold for 30 minutes and CAN NOT get a hold of anyone. Get on their ******** page and check out the comments on each of their posts. It's sad honestly.

      *************** is probably one of worst I have seen from a large company. I ordered a accessory for my crossbow by phone. Salesperson says they dont take payments someone from accounts will call for that. 3 weeks later still no call and have left 2 messages for someone to call me back. I would not recommend buying anything Barnett because if it breaks you wont get parts.

      Wow I see all the negative reviews. I on the other hand have rec'd outstanding customer service. I had a defective limb on a Quad 400 and the folks at Barnette did an outstanding joke of helping me Yes you do have to wait on phone awhile but they do handle your needs

      Purchased accessories for my crossbow. I figured I was safe going to a reputable company and not a fly by night on the internet. I WAS WRONG. I am waiting 2+ months for my product. They have charged me for the items and I am not able to get any response via email. I put my phone on speaker and worked while I waited over 8 hours on there 800# with NO RESPONSE. What a joke. I am super disappointed. Also out nearly $200 since PAYPAL will not cover the transaction. I will never ever order a barnett product again.
