Peoples credit manager came to my home I have video footage yelling screaming shoving paperwork in my face and would not leave I made arrangements which they accepted a half payment 1/13 and now its the 31st he saying its past due 45 days and took the vehicle from my jobBusiness response

We have attempted to collect the delinquent payments via phone, could not make contact, this account is located near our office, i stopped by to attempt to make contact in person, the customer would not answer door, threatened me with ******* her dog on me, so I left. The customer did make a payment, then this month my debt collector contacted the customer via phone, told the customer we would work with her and had a few options. The customer was rude and beligerent, refused to discuss and hung up. We e-maild the customer a notice of acceleration advising of our intent to repossess. the customer replied back " dont send false documents to me" she did not pay so we ordered repossession. For the record the our records show in addition to not making payments she was driving without car insurance which is required on our loan.
