Terrible service. Won't let you in store unless you have an FOID card even though a significant amount of products in the store does not require an FOID. Once you do get store access, you wait forever to get waited on. Will never shop at that establishment again.

This place has gotten more and more paranoid over the years. They are rude and overbearing to the point of it being a concern.They demand to see your FOID card when you walk in. This includes any friends or family that you may have with you. In this case, they demanded to see my wife's card as well, or she would not be allowed in. I asked the half-wit at the counter why, and his answer was that "he who holds the *** gets to make the rules". Well guess what?.... he who holds the cash decided to shop elsewhere, and I recommend others do too.How can you introduce others to something that you enjoy if they can't even walk in the front door???? My wife does indeed have a card, but I refuse to support this type of paranoid, CYA behavior. "The *** holder" of this place just makes stuff up as he goes along.They also claim that the reason you can't use your cell phone in the store is to try to prevent straw purchases. If someone is going to purchase a gun for someone else, that isn't going to stop them (although it may make it hard for you to check out competitors prices while you're there). Just more bizarre rules made up by an out of touch establishment.I haven't shot at this range for years now because of their rude behavior and also because you cannot pick up your own brass (I reload - and they even sell reloading equipment - how hypocritical!) I don't care if they have a safety concern, or if they are just selling range brass for profit. Picking up the brass I bought from my lane, behind the firing line, should not be their concern.Overall, this is just a rude, bizarre place. Try going to another place to shoot, or buy guns. Plenty of others nearby without the rude attitude and behavior. Or if you are just trying to buy a bottle of ultrasonic cleaning solution, like I was today, do it online. You wouldn't have to let some random cretin inspect your FOID card.I've unfortunately spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but those days are gone.

Was insulted and profiled because of my race. I asked about a gun and the lady at the counter started to speak as if she was getto and tried to sell me a Glock with extend mags. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm a gangster. I wanted a nice deer rifle not some hip-hop c***

Horrible experience in the store . First your greatest at the *********** and asked to give your foid info . ***** law says that my foid card expired but since the renewal is taking time covid 19 its still being processed. ***** extended the foid cards for 1 year till they mail you the new one. Well the store is not accepting that they want you to log in in their machines to show them your info for even just to browse the store . I showed them my renewal on my phone even logged in the states site on my phone to show the **** officer at the gate but he said not good enough he now wants a printed version of it what ! And they also said that the store has laws that bypass the state ones that was the best one yet. I will call a few lawyers to see what can be done to fix this . They forgot that its the kand of the free and you don't need **** check points to browse "
