January 17th ****** from accurate plumbing came , I'm on top floor (apt 3C) of building , neighbor thought I had a leak. He confirmed I didn't have a leak when he went downstairs to neighbor(apt 2C). ****** did cut a piece of ceiling drywall to check if wet, he didn't replace the drywall either, left her with a hole in ceiling.He did advise me that when he removed cover on nozzle in my shower he found the cartridge was leaking a little and that needed to be fixed. It was leaking into bathtub. He asked me if water shut off is for units individually or entire building, I advised I didn't know. He said no problem I will have my supervisor call association to get this schedule to come back and do the repair. He also advised me he saw no caulking was around the cover and he was going to caulk it.Feb 5th, sent an email to my association for status on repair on and they responded same day that it's not the association responsibility and added the accurate plumbing bill to my account for a repair total $625. Feb 5th same day I called accurate and spoke to **** . I asked what do you charge to come and diagnose a problem he said it's free of charge. If minor repair in Plainfield we charge starting $225 if outside $275. I mention the bill and he say let me call you back but no callback.Feb 7th I call again and he says I will call you back I am in office today and no call back.Feb 12, I leave a detail message of above and I have not received a call back today either. I did email my association also and have yet to receive a response and I have to pay that amount to my association for a repair that didn't happen.Thank you for your time.
