I have been a Maui Jim customer for 10 years now and they have fantastic customer service! I have had to replace lenses and nose pads on 3 of my pairs of Maui Jim's and each time I have sent them in for repair, they have came back quick and like new! I LOVE Maui Jims sunglasses!!!! I love them so much that I bought two of the same identical pair!! Not only are they stylish and cool-looking, but they’re light-weight and doesn’t irritate my ears like other sunglasses! The whole company is GREAT!!! Customer service is so helpful and considerate. I spoke with Samantha S, explaining how I broke my sunglasses…. she took it personally, and she seemed just as hurt as I. She assured me that it would only take 7days to get them back and I got them back in 6, with new cases and all! I would recommend Maui Jim’s to anyone looking to buy cool, comfortable, and eye-protecting sunglasses! Thank you Maui Jim for being the top-notched company that you are!

I have multiple pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses which I have had repaired over the years. Recently, I had a pair repaired and was unable to locate them. I told the customer service representative that I was not sure if I lost them or if I never received them back after the repair. It had been more than 90 days since the repair so the post office was unable to track the package. I was surprised that Maui Jim stepped in and sent me a brand new pair of sunglasses at no charge! This is simply the best customer service that I have ever received from any company and I am now a customer forever of Maui Jim. Plus, they are the best sunglasses out there so that is not hard to do.Maui Jim Response

I stopped by Maui Jim in Mississauga, ON, Canada today for a quick sunglass repair. Joanna & Mariangela are absolutely delightful to interact with; they both truly embody the spirit of Aloha. I purchased a pair of rx glasses from Maui Jim 3 years ago (Haleakala). Since then the arm hinge has broken twice, additionally, the design of the glasses is such that the inside of the lens is scratched by the arm… after contacting Maui Jim multiple times, they closed the case and did nothing to address the poor quality and design issues. Don’t be fooled by positive reviews and stay away from there products. There are many other glasses manufacturers with life time warranties and customer service which stand behind their products.Maui Jim Response

My husband and I have been purchasing Maui Jim sunglasses for as long as I can remember. We have broken them accidently, which of course we are always upset because these glasses are expensive. However, we have used the Maui Jim repair center a few times, no fault of our own. The repair center has been outstanding. Honestly, I have never seen customer service like Maui Jim. We are always so quick to write a bad review but this is one time that I had to send a review in regards to outstanding customer service by Maui Jim. My husband and I will continue to purchase Maui Jim because of the quality and customer service. Thank you, as you take customer service to a whole new level.Maui Jim Response

I was excited to switch from a ****** guy to Maui Jim's. I bought a pair of the indestructible sunglasses with the arms that bend. The glasses actually are 5 pieces. I bought mine 8 months ago for $189. They were great until I went fishing in them 8 or 9 times. All the sudden they were really fuzzy. I looked closely and the outside of the lenses are absolutely perfect with zero scratches. The inside blue shiny coating looks like it's scratched like everywhere but bot scratches just missing blue layer. I can't believe I bought a $200 pair of sunglasses I can't take salt water fishing. Absolutely disappointing. I called customer service and they would only replace the lenses with a $75 charge. I would have been a Maui Jim customer for life but instead I have a garbage pair of glasses I can't even drive in. Take my advice and don't buy these if you plan on actually using them!Maui Jim Response

I did not expect to hear from Maui Jim. Russ, a customer service representative got in touch with me and has sent a replacement pair of sunglasses to me. Beware prescription sunglass buyers! I purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses thinking I was getting the best, but I got the worst set of lens ever. No one must have inspected these before they were sent out. I had trouble seeing for a few months, then I got them wet and it was like someone had smeared Vaseline on the lens. I took them back to the store and they inspected them and said one lens had a bubble and the other lens had pin holes. They were sent back and lens were replaced. I still don’t see as good as my regular glasses. I called Maui Jim direct and asked for some kind of compensation for this inconvenience, they won’t help at all and said I had to go to my store and let them deal directly with Maui Jim.Maui Jim Response

My prescription sun glasses are 3 yrs old and are worn almost everyday as I live in sunny Florida. They are in excellent condition and show no wear and tear, I need a new prescription and am thinking of having the new prescription put in these old frames. That is how good they are.Maui Jim Response

Maui Jim was very dismissive when contacted. Making mendacious comments about care. Spider cracks on the lenses around the screws make the glasses unwearable. Very poor product with production problems and inferior engineering.Maui Jim Response
