S. Remmert said they could "help with that" which was problems with my business partner, trouble with communication, not being able to go on with the business and Remmert promised the situation will improve. They wanted to provide that outcome in a 90 day program. That program included weekly sessions, sometimes two sessions of two hours length, plus homework such as reading, listening to the sessions etc. I did that - it took up to 10 hours of work per week which I did. The program is based on their "method" called: Change what happened to you, which is changing childhood memories in order to change your life. In the beginning, ***** Remmert, took the numbers on how I rated my relationship and business communication with my partner, which was my main concern. My partner has ADHD - which I communicated to ****** Remmert - and I wanted to get help as the communication was getting terrible. After the 90 day program - and me doing all the work that was necessary - my situation worsened with more trouble. I informed ****** Remmert about this in several emails, the last email of him stated: "We specifically state in the agreement that we don't guarantee results", and that was it. I don't know if their method works in general - but I find that paying nearly 5.000 $ for something that worsened my situation as my partner got even more frightened although ****** Remmert calls himself a "therapist" and professional sounds not o.k. to me. The problem I stated in our strategic call before me booking the program was clear - ADHD communication problems. And the recordings of the calls that I have show that this is what it was for me mainly about. But there is no change and I can prove that I did the necessary work (also through the recordings I have). The method may work for other problems, but Remmert explicitly said, he could help with that, meaning ADHD communication problems. Times are tough but there must be some positive outcome of a coaching in my opinion, not the opposite
